Destac\u00f3 \u201cla posibilidad de volcar estos saberes en pos del bienestar de los y las varelenses\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e1xima autoridad en el partido repas\u00f3 el crecimiento del \u00e1rea. Evoc\u00f3 la conformaci\u00f3n de la Guardia Comunal \u201ccon 5 veh\u00edculos y 20 agentes en sus inicios\u201d.
