{"id":10318,"date":"2024-10-29T15:42:35","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T18:42:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=10318"},"modified":"2024-10-29T15:42:35","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T18:42:35","slug":"el-municipio-lleva-adelante-la-obra-de-readecuacion-integral-del-caps-la-loma-de-bernal-oeste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=10318","title":{"rendered":"EL MUNICIPIO LLEVA ADELANTE LA OBRA DE READECUACI\u00d3N INTEGRAL DEL CAPS \u201cLA LOMA\u201d DE BERNAL OESTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Municipio de Quilmes informa que avanza con las obras de readecuaci\u00f3n integral del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de la Salud (CAPS) \u201cLa Loma\u201d, ubicado en la calle Misiones 5290, en Bernal Oeste, con el objetivo de mejorar la infraestructura del espacio para que los vecinos y vecinas que se acerquen reciban una atenci\u00f3n de calidad y con las mejores condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica, a cargo de Ceci Soler, detallaron que se hizo un relevamiento para verificar el estado del mismo y se ejecuta un proyecto de obra que contempla el reacondicionamiento integral y reorganizaci\u00f3n en planta de los locales existentes, la fachada exterior y patio, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la creaci\u00f3n de una farmacia y tres nuevos locales que se destinar\u00e1n a office y dos consultorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se readecuar\u00e1 uno de los sanitarios para que sea apto para discapacitados y se planea renovar de forma completa la cubierta, todas las instalaciones sanitarias, cloacales, el\u00e9ctricas, pluviales y la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n de paredes exteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/OBRA-CAPS-2-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10319\" style=\"width:833px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/OBRA-CAPS-2-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/OBRA-CAPS-2-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/OBRA-CAPS-2-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/OBRA-CAPS-2.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En referencia a las terminaciones, se colocar\u00e1n cielorrasos a nuevo, acabados interiores y exteriores, solados y carpinter\u00edas. Las tareas que se llevar\u00e1n adelante tienen la finalidad de reparar todos los componentes del edificio bajo las normas t\u00e9cnicas vigentes, condiciones b\u00e1sicas de habitabilidad y buen funcionamiento del mismo. Se incluye el planteo de una correcta instalaci\u00f3n contra incendios y medidas de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa permitir\u00e1 transformar las condiciones del sitio para una correcta atenci\u00f3n primaria de los vecinos y vecinas, en un edificio apto para que los profesionales puedan desarrollar sus tareas en forma correcta y digna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El CAPS es un espacio p\u00fablico de atenci\u00f3n primaria con consultorios externos y atenci\u00f3n de afecciones f\u00edsicas m\u00ednimas sin internaci\u00f3n, que es utilizado por los lugare\u00f1os y lugare\u00f1as del barrio.
