246 familias de Berazategui recibieron de manera gratuita sus escrituras de propiedad -Ley 24.374-, en un acto encabezado por el intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi y el ministro bonaerense de Desarrollo de la Comunidad, Andr\u00e9s Larroque. Del total de escrituras entregadas, 143 fueron de consolidaciones y 103 de regularizaciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las familias beneficiarias son de 66 barrios de Berazategui. En promedio, cada una se ahorr\u00f3 2 millones de pesos en el tr\u00e1mite de escrituraci\u00f3n, dependiendo el valor del inmueble. Esto fue posible gracias al trabajo articulado entre la Agencia de Tierras y H\u00e1bitat de la Municipalidad y el Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al respecto, Mussi expres\u00f3: \u201cEste es uno de los actos m\u00e1s lindos. Entregar escrituras es darle seguridad a los vecinos y vecinas. Mi pap\u00e1 siempre nos dec\u00eda \u2018no hay nada mejor que el techo propio\u2019. Les agradezco al ministro Larroque y al gobernador Axel Kicillof por la decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de seguir apoyando estas cosas, que tienen que ver con el bienestar de los seres humanos y las familias. Tenemos que estar m\u00e1s unidos que nunca para salir adelante\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, Larroque asegur\u00f3: \u201cSiempre es un orgullo venir a este distrito y encontrarme con el Dr. Mussi, un maestro de intendentes y que siempre busca lo mejor para su pueblo. Hoy hay 246 familias de Berazategui que se llevan algo que les corresponde: la posesi\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo definitivo de sus propiedades. Para nosotros, la justicia social es la causa de la vida y eso es un hecho en la provincia de Buenos Aires\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
