Se presentaron cuatro programas de inserci\u00f3n laboral y defensa del empleo, impulsados por la Municipalidad de Berazategui. Se trata del Programa de Inserci\u00f3n (PIL), Entrenamiento para el Trabajo (EPT), Plan de Promoci\u00f3n, Preservaci\u00f3n y Regularizaci\u00f3n del Empleo (PREBA) y Servicio de Colocaci\u00f3n Laboral Selectiva para Personas con Discapacidad (SECLAS). El acto fue encabezado por el intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi y el secretario de Trabajo municipal, Juan Manuel Parra.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, se brindaron reconocimientos a 40 empresas locales que contrataron personal a trav\u00e9s de la Agencia de Empleo municipal y contribuyeron al desarrollo productivo de Berazategui: Prodalsa SA; Parque Industrial Pl\u00e1tanos, Rosato y la Uni\u00f3n Industrial de Berazategui, en conjunto; Michele Pizza e Amore; Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Cierres RRO; Muebles y Sillones; Librer\u00eda Portento; Gruapa SRL – Jaso Argentina; Econovo; Guedikian Impresores; Arbolasba SA; 3H Carpas; Centro de Dise\u00f1o Italiano SA; LyH SA; JF Trunzo SRL; 4 Pack; Incalfood; Kalop SA; OxiSur SRL; Mota Herramientas; Lavadero Berazategui; Tabacalera Espert; Dinge Industrial; Itar Amoblamientos; Alfajores Barcelona; Pampa Trade SA; Equalrp; Valyser SA; Nurko; Metal Motor; MLB Servicios Industriales; Argenpack; Salzano; El Makzal; Chil Golosinas; Delicias Doradas; Cristaler\u00edas Rigolleau; Fideos Qu\u00e9 Rico; Declorquim; Power Silens SA; y Abbamat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, Mussi expres\u00f3: \u201cEl trabajo es el gran organizador social. La industrializaci\u00f3n ha ayudado mucho al crecimiento de Berazategui. Actualmente tenemos 13 parques y miniparques industriales… y tratamos de que sean generadores de trabajo para nuestros vecinos\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, el Intendente remarc\u00f3: \u201cLes agradezco por utilizar nuestra Oficina de Empleo y les pido que ustedes contin\u00faen por la misma senda, prestando un servicio que la sociedad necesita en estos momentos dif\u00edciles\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con respecto a las iniciativas presentadas, el PIL tiene como objetivo promover la inserci\u00f3n laboral en trabajadores con mayores dificultades de empleabilidad; el EPT permite a las empresas entrenar aprendices en un puesto de trabajo; el PREBA contribuye a la promoci\u00f3n, preservaci\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n de los puestos de trabajo; y el SECLAS busca promover la inclusi\u00f3n laboral de las personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al respecto, Parra indic\u00f3: \u201cEstos Programas est\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n de los comercios y empresas de Berazategui. El intendente Mussi apuesta al desarrollo productivo del municipio e impulsa estas pol\u00edticas con el fin de que nuestros vecinos tengan empleos de calidad, registrados y en las mejores condiciones\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
