{"id":11362,"date":"2024-12-26T22:51:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-27T01:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=11362"},"modified":"2024-12-27T10:53:56","modified_gmt":"2024-12-27T13:53:56","slug":"comenzaron-las-obras-de-mejoras-en-la-plaza-ara-san-juan-paseo-de-la-lealtad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=11362","title":{"rendered":"COMENZARON LAS OBRAS DE MEJORAS EN LA PLAZA ARA SAN JUAN-PASEO DE LA LEALTAD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Municipio de Quilmes informa que comenzaron las obras de mejoras integrales en la plaza ARA San Juan-Paseo de la Lealtad, que est\u00e1 ubicado en la intersecci\u00f3n de las avenidas Rodolfo L\u00f3pez y Camino General Belgrano, en Quilmes Oeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos d\u00edas se procedi\u00f3 a realizar el hormigonado de las veredas que abarcan el per\u00edmetro del predio y, que as\u00ed mismo, indicar\u00e1n las llegadas a cada espacio proyectado de la plaza, que contar\u00e1 con un \u00e1rea l\u00fadica equipada con juegos infantiles y \u00e1reas de esparcimiento para descanso y recreaci\u00f3n dotadas de equipamiento urbano tales como bancos y mesas, cestos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Obras-Plaza-Ara-San-Juan-2-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11363\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Obras-Plaza-Ara-San-Juan-2-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Obras-Plaza-Ara-San-Juan-2-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Obras-Plaza-Ara-San-Juan-2-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Obras-Plaza-Ara-San-Juan-2.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se acondicionaran las \u00e1reas verdes, garantizando la parquizaci\u00f3n de las mismas mediante sembrado de c\u00e9sped y colocaci\u00f3n de \u00e1rboles y arbustos. Se proyecta adem\u00e1s, un anfiteatro de escala barrial con posibilidad de expansi\u00f3n hacia Camino General Belgrano para eventos de mayor escala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea del proyecto es construir un espacio de encuentro para vecinas, vecinos de las cercan\u00edas de los barrios El Emporio del Tanque, Km 13 y La Odisea y la intervenci\u00f3n incluye un paseo que busca rememorar hechos y personalidades relevantes de la historia peronista nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra estar\u00e1 ligada a la mejora de la calidad de vida en relaci\u00f3n al h\u00e1bitat popular.
