Cabe se\u00f1alar que la construcci\u00f3n se organiza en dos bloques, uno de 16 y otro de 12 viviendas, que constan de dos y tres dormitorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/OBRA-LA-ODISEA-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/OBRA-LA-ODISEA-3.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/OBRA-LA-ODISEA-3-300x200.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de un trabajo en conjunto efectuado por la Comuna y el Instituto de la Vivienda de la Provincia de Buenos Aires perteneciente al Ministerio de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano provincial, la obra contempla, adem\u00e1s, la apertura de una calle interna y las laterales, junto al equipamiento urbano.
