Adem\u00e1s, se readecuar\u00e1 uno de los sanitarios para que sea apto para discapacitados. Tambi\u00e9n se plantea renovar de forma completa la cubierta, todas las instalaciones (sanitaria, cloacal, el\u00e9ctrica y pluvial) y la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n de paredes exteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a terminaciones ser\u00e1n colocados a nuevo cielorrasos, acabados interiores y exteriores, solados y carpinter\u00edas.
