El intendente Andr\u00e9s Watson destaca \u201cel respaldo del gobernador, Axel Kicillof, a los y las varelenses, con hechos tangibles e inversi\u00f3n\u201d. Reconoce en su figura \u201cuna esperanza para el fututo, quien nunca baja los brazos y, con esfuerzo, acciona ante un contexto desfavorable\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respecto a la intervenci\u00f3n vial, Jorge Edgardo Medina -inspector municipal de Obras- explica: \u201cSon trabajos con hormig\u00f3n, incluyen cordones integrales y tambi\u00e9n consta de d\u00e1rsena de ingreso para los \u00f3mnibus m\u00e1s refugios donde abordar el transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros\u201d. Pondera la complejidad del proyecto que, \u201cen ciertos tramos de los 9 kil\u00f3metros, tiene dos carriles centrales y dos colectoras; en otros, s\u00f3lo dos carreteras principales y, en parte del recorrido, suma una colectora\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, resalta \u201cel beneficio a las vecinas y los vecinos, ya que la densidad de poblaci\u00f3n es grande, tanto la urbana como la rural, por ejemplo, en el traslado de materia prima de la zona productiva\u201d.
