El documento detalla la inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica, el resumen por jurisdicci\u00f3n -con la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestaria de cada organismo- y las erogaciones realizadas por el Estado Nacional, la provincia de Buenos Aires, la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires y&nbsp;<strong>ACUMAR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo Directivo de&nbsp;<strong>ACUMAR<\/strong>&nbsp;decidi\u00f3 incorporar a la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/acumar.tr.pemsv06.net\/c\/eyJhIjoiYWN1bWFyIiwibSI6Im1haWxfY2wzeGp4cTR1c2ZjbDBiNzR4dzdpMDMwZiIsImwiOiJsaW5rXzgzN2NlMTE1ZmQ5ODFlOTI4YzY1MTIzNzlkNzRjZmNlOTU1NTM0OTEiLCJpIjpbXSwidSI6Imh0dHA6Ly9zZXJ2aWNpb3MuaW5mb2xlZy5nb2IuYXIvaW5mb2xlZ0ludGVybmV0L2FuZXhvcy8zMTUwMDAtMzE5OTk5LzMxODc3MS9ub3JtYS5odG0iLCJjIjoiIiwiaCI6ImRhZTM0NiJ9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3n 12\/2019<\/a>&nbsp;-que regula el R\u00e9gimen de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Control, Agente Contaminante, Adecuaci\u00f3n y Sanciones aplicables en el \u00e1mbito de la Cuenca Matanza Riachuelo- la infracci\u00f3n que proh\u00edbe utilizar agua para diluci\u00f3n (incluida la usada para refrigeraci\u00f3n), a efectos de disminuir la concentraci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros de calidad del vertido de efluentes l\u00edquidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se aprob\u00f3 e instruy\u00f3 al Presidente a suscribir un nuevo convenio con el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/acumar.tr.pemsv06.net\/c\/eyJhIjoiYWN1bWFyIiwibSI6Im1haWxfY2wzeGp4cTR1c2ZjbDBiNzR4dzdpMDMwZiIsImwiOiJsaW5rXzY5YzllZTQwMDJhYWY3MDI0MjE5MTIzZWFlZjYyMjJlYTE4MzZhMWMiLCJpIjpbXSwidSI6Imh0dHBzOi8vd3d3LmFsbWlyYW50ZWJyb3duLmdvdi5hci8iLCJjIjoiIiwiaCI6IjQ2YzIwMiJ9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Municipio de Almirante Brown<\/a>&nbsp;para el financiamiento de un servicio de camiones de mudanza para las familias involucradas en procesos de relocalizaci\u00f3n de Barrio Lindo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la<a href=\"https:\/\/acumar.tr.pemsv06.net\/c\/eyJhIjoiYWN1bWFyIiwibSI6Im1haWxfY2wzeGp4cTR1c2ZjbDBiNzR4dzdpMDMwZiIsImwiOiJsaW5rXzdkMzRiMWNkMzQ1MWMwMWVjMzNjOGZiMTUyMjU2NGJjYzFhYjc3MjMiLCJpIjpbXSwidSI6Imh0dHA6Ly93d3cudW5sYS5lZHUuYXIvIiwiYyI6IiIsImgiOiIwZDYyNTAifQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0Universidad Nacional de Lan\u00fas<\/a>, se resolvi\u00f3 llevar adelante el proyecto de Puesta en Valor del Sistema de Medici\u00f3n de Datos Meteorol\u00f3gicos, que comprende el reacondicionamiento de las 15 Estaciones Meteorol\u00f3gicas de\u00a0<strong>ACUMAR<\/strong>\u00a0para su correcta operaci\u00f3n, transmisi\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n y sistematizaci\u00f3n de datos en el Centro Integrado de Monitoreo y Control Ambiental (CIMCA). El proyecto incluye la capacitaci\u00f3n a agentes del organismo para el correcto mantenimiento y operaci\u00f3n del sistema en conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"422\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/unnamed.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1192\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/unnamed.png 660w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/unnamed-300x192.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo, liderado por Sabbatella e integrado por representantes de los tres gobiernos con competencia en el territorio de la Cuenca, estuvo de acuerdo en darle continuidad a los monitoreos que se llevan adelante con el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/acumar.tr.pemsv06.net\/c\/eyJhIjoiYWN1bWFyIiwibSI6Im1haWxfY2wzeGp4cTR1c2ZjbDBiNzR4dzdpMDMwZiIsImwiOiJsaW5rX2I2ZTg2Y2U5OGEyNzFiYzg4N2ZkMDYxM2IwOGRjOTY5ZjRmNzNiMDAiLCJpIjpbXSwidSI6Imh0dHBzOi8vd3d3LmFyZ2VudGluYS5nb2IuYXIvaW5hIiwiYyI6IiIsImgiOiI5ZGZjOGIifQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instituto Nacional del Agua<\/a>. Se trata de los monitoreos de calidad de agua superficial y sedimentos (dos campa\u00f1as estacionales de muestreo en 65 estaciones fijas manuales), de calidad de agua subterr\u00e1nea (una campa\u00f1a de monitoreo de la red de perforaciones) y de aforos de r\u00edos y arroyos (dos campa\u00f1as).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/acumar.tr.pemsv06.net\/c\/eyJhIjoiYWN1bWFyIiwibSI6Im1haWxfY2wzeGp4cTR1c2ZjbDBiNzR4dzdpMDMwZiIsImwiOiJsaW5rX2FkOGY1NjJhOGQ1NzhmOTdlMDgwZTJkMmYzZDUyZGU2Mjk5ZGU1MzAiLCJpIjpbXSwidSI6Imh0dHBzOi8vd3d3LmFyZ2VudGluYS5nb2IuYXIvaW50aSIsImMiOiIiLCJoIjoiMWFiODIwIn0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instituto Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda Industrial<\/a>&nbsp;se acord\u00f3 la asistencia para la implementaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad ISO\/IEC 17025:2017 en el laboratorio de an\u00e1lisis ambientales del Municipio de Avellaneda y&nbsp;<strong>ACUMAR<\/strong>, con el fin de ajustarlo a los requerimientos generales para la competencia de laboratorios de ensayo y calibraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, se aprob\u00f3 un convenio marco de Cooperaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica y Fortalecimiento entre&nbsp;<strong>ACUMAR<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/acumar.tr.pemsv06.net\/c\/eyJhIjoiYWN1bWFyIiwibSI6Im1haWxfY2wzeGp4cTR1c2ZjbDBiNzR4dzdpMDMwZiIsImwiOiJsaW5rXzEzYWYyOTIwNzg0Njc1MGNlYTBlODFiZWFiYjM4ZTlhOTVhMTljNzMiLCJpIjpbXSwidSI6Imh0dHBzOi8vd3d3LnVuYWouZWR1LmFyLyIsImMiOiIiLCJoIjoiZTM2NzM1In0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche<\/a>&nbsp;que tiene por objeto coordinar acciones para desarrollar en forma conjunta programas o proyectos, de car\u00e1cter cient\u00edfico, t\u00e9cnico, cultural, educativo, de capacitaci\u00f3n, asistencia y\/o investigaci\u00f3n, y\/o cualquier otra actividad que pueda llevarse a cabo en \u00e1reas de mutuo inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo Directivo de&nbsp;<strong>ACUMAR<\/strong>&nbsp;est\u00e1 compuesto por Andr\u00e9s Carsen, Daniel Gurzi y Pablo Kunik, en representaci\u00f3n del gobierno nacional; Tamara Basteiro e Ignacio Uresandi, por la Provincia; y Antonio Demarco y Carlos Pedrini, por la Ciudad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En esta nueva cita, el presidente del organismo, Mart\u00edn Sabbatella, y el equipo de representantes aprobaron el informe de las inversiones que se realizaron en el marco del&nbsp;Plan Integral de Saneamiento Ambiental&nbsp;(PISA) al 31 de diciembre de 2021.
