{"id":12148,"date":"2025-01-29T17:59:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T20:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=12148"},"modified":"2025-01-30T12:03:11","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T15:03:11","slug":"avanza-el-plan-de-bacheo-con-hormigon-en-calles-y-avenidas-de-quilmes-con-financiamiento-100-municipal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=12148","title":{"rendered":"AVANZA EL PLAN DE BACHEO CON HORMIG\u00d3N EN CALLES Y AVENIDAS DE QUILMES CON FINANCIAMIENTO 100% MUNICIPAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Municipio de Quilmes informa que se est\u00e1n desarrollando tareas de bacheo con hormig\u00f3n y de tomado de juntas en diferentes calles y avenidas de distintos barrios del distrito, en el marco del Plan Municipal de Bacheo, que se financia 100% con fondos municipales y comprende un total de 9.450 m\u00b2 con los cuales se estima intervenir en 100 puntos de la comuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente la obra se desarrolla en 2 frentes, uno en las inmediaciones del puente 14 de Agosto, en su subida por Per\u00f3n (el acceso oeste-este por Per\u00f3n estar\u00e1 cerrado al tr\u00e1nsito hasta el viernes 31), y en las intersecciones de Corrientes con Quintana y Bernando de Irigoyen; y otro en Quilmes Sur, en Primera Junta entre Mozart y Mitre; Derqui entre Storni y Lugones; Pringles y Juan C. Varela y Uriburu entre Juan C. Se inicia con la delimitaci\u00f3n de la zona a intervenir por medio del aserrado mec\u00e1nico, para luego proceder a la demolici\u00f3n del pavimento por medio de un martillo hidra\u00falico adosado a m\u00e1quina retroexcavadora. Seguidamente se retira el pavimento demolido y se compacta y sanea la subrasante, y finalmente se hormigona el pavimento en 2 capas, una de base de hormig\u00f3n H-13 y otra de rodadura de H-30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas tareas ya se realizaron en distintas calles y avenidas de barrios de Barrio Parque Bernal, Bernal Este y Oeste; Quilmes Centro, Sur y Este; y Ezpeleta.
