Esta disciplina es solo una de las opciones deportivas que ofrece la Municipalidad por impulso del intendente, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl Tai Chi es una antigua disciplina. Se trata de una gimnasia en movimiento donde se practican ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n. Tiene muchos beneficios para las articulaciones porque con los movimientos lentos -sin impacto- que se hacen, se trabajan las articulaciones de las manos, los hombros y las piernas. El objetivo es que la gente se pueda distender y pasarla bien\u201d, explic\u00f3 el profesor Diego Klocinski.
Tai Chi se dicta en los siguientes espacios:\u00a0
– Sociedad de Fomento Puerto Argentino (calle 414 A N\u00ba 240, Guti\u00e9rrez):
Adultos: lunes y viernes, de 10.00 a 11.00.
– Polideportivo Municipal N\u00b0 5 (calle 27 y 131, barrio La Serranita):
