MAYRA RECORRI\u00d3 REPARACIONES DE PAVIMENTOS QUE SE HICIERON EN EL BARRIO \u201cEL DORADO\u201d DE QUILMES OESTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, supervis\u00f3 este lunes los trabajos de bacheo en hormig\u00f3n que se realizaron en la avenida Joaqu\u00edn V. Gonz\u00e1lez entre Mazza y Jos\u00e9 Craviotto, en el barrio \u201cEl Dorado\u201d, de Quilmes Oeste, en el marco del plan Proyecci\u00f3n Bacheo 2025, con el objetivo de mejorar la transitabilidad y la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular en las diversas calles del distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cResponder de manera eficiente a las demandas de nuestros vecinos y vecinas y mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n de cada barrio forma parte de nuestro trabajo diario para seguir construyendo la ciudad que nos merecemos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Mayra, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por el secretario de Servicios P\u00fablicos local, Sebasti\u00e1n Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Garc\u00eda detall\u00f3: \u201cEstuvimos trabajando en la reparaci\u00f3n de calzada sobre Joaqu\u00edn. V. Gonz\u00e1lez. Esta es una arteria muy transitada que une las avenidas Smith y Guti\u00e9rrez, y es un pedido de los vecinos y de las vecinas de la zona. Ya estamos volcando de hormig\u00f3n y en breve quedar\u00e1 completamente abierta al tr\u00e1nsito\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En relaci\u00f3n a la tarea que concret\u00f3 la Comuna, una de las lugare\u00f1as, Florencia Iriz, relat\u00f3: \u201cEst\u00e1n haciendo trabajos en beneficio de la comunidad y eso es buen\u00edsimo. Esta obra va a sumar mucho y a Mayra le digo que muchas gracias por ocuparse\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distintas cuadrillas comunales efectuaron las tareas con las maquinarias correspondientes, desde retropala y minipala, con la finalidad de garantizar que el asfalto quede en correctas condiciones. Se desmont\u00f3 la porci\u00f3n de la calzada da\u00f1ada y se prepar\u00f3 el suelo para el vuelco del hormig\u00f3n, por lo que moment\u00e1neamente quedar\u00e1 habilitada media calle para circulaci\u00f3n vehicular hasta que frag\u00fce el material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la mencionada \u00e1rea precisaron que a lo largo del 2024, se utilizaron 860 toneladas de bacheo en carpeta asf\u00e1ltica en caliente, en una superficie cubierta de 7.000m\u00b2 y 430m\u00b3 de bacheo en hormig\u00f3n simple, en una superficie cubierta de 2.000m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su vez, en el marco de la iniciativa \u201cProyecci\u00f3n Bacheo 2025\u201d, se programaron las refacciones de distintas calles de la Comuna, a trav\u00e9s de los reclamos que se tomaron en el Sistema \u00danico de Atenci\u00f3n al Vecino (SUAV). Las zonas de intervenci\u00f3n, que se har\u00e1n desde febrero y hasta octubre en este caso, ser\u00e1n en Quilmes Oeste, Bernal Oeste, La Florida, San Francisco Solano, La Paz y Ezpeleta Oeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
