El intendente de Berazategui, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi; y la ministra bonaerense de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano, Silvina Batakis, recorrieron las obras del Complejo Habitacional del barrio Kennedy Norte. All\u00ed, se est\u00e1n construyendo 300 viviendas, distribuidas en 15 manzanas, donde se va a relocalizar a vecinos y vecinas que viven a la vera del Arroyo Las Conchitas. El financiamiento de este proyecto est\u00e1 a cargo del Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, que encabeza Axel Kicillof.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las familias que se van a mudar en la primera etapa viven a 150 metros del Complejo, en condiciones precarias. Al ser una relocalizaci\u00f3n, el proyecto definitivo se elabor\u00f3 con los datos que se obtuvieron de los censos previos que hicieron el Municipio y la Provincia, lo que implica que las casas ya est\u00e1n asignadas. Son viviendas de dos, tres y hasta cuatro habitaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAgradecemos al Gobernador de la Provincia, Axel Kicillof, la voluntad de querer continuar con la obra p\u00fablica. Estas son obras que cambian la calidad de vida de los vecinos\u201d, subray\u00f3 Mussi.
Asimismo, pronto tambi\u00e9n comenzar\u00e1n otros trabajos de infraestructura que incluyen redes de gas, agua potable y cloacas; desag\u00fces pluviales, reformas viales, alumbrado p\u00fablico, red de media y baja tensi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de una planta de tratamiento cloacal.
