El \u00fanico m\u00e9todo para controlar y prevenir esta enfermedad es luchar contra el mosquito transmisor. No hay tratamiento espec\u00edfico ni manera de prevenirla, salvo combatir al mosquito que la transmite\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n, se recomienda en todos los hogares tomar las siguientes medidas preventivas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Desechar bidones, botellas, lonas, cubiertas, baldes, tapas y todo recipiente que no se utilice.<br>Cualquier peque\u00f1o objeto que acumule agua, incluso una tapita de pl\u00e1stico, sirve para que el mosquito ponga sus huevos y se reproduzca.<br>&#8211; Mantener jardines y patios ordenados.<br>&#8211; Cambiar frecuentemente el agua de bebederos de animales.<br>&#8211; Colocar mosquiteros en puertas y ventanas.<br>&#8211; Renovar el agua y mantener limpios los floreros.<br>&#8211; Tapar tanques de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jornadas de prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, adem\u00e1s, el Municipio realiza jornadas preventivas de descacharrizaci\u00f3n y fumigaci\u00f3n en distintos barrios de Berazategui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre las mismas, P\u00e9rez se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cEn los operativos barriales los promotores de salud visitan a los vecinos y vecinas para informarles. Se les entregan bolsas de residuos para eliminar los potenciales criaderos y posteriormente son retiradas por agentes de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Higiene Urbana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, el profesional alert\u00f3: \u201cLos s\u00edntomas que provoca esta enfermedad duran entre 2 a 7 d\u00edas. Lo m\u00e1s caracter\u00edstico es una fiebre alta acompa\u00f1ada de dolores de cabeza, muscular o articular muy fuertes, n\u00e1useas o v\u00f3mitos y sarpullido en la piel\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, afirm\u00f3: \u201cHay una presentaci\u00f3n de dengue grave que implica un compromiso mayor del estado de salud del paciente. Puede haber hemorragias, estado de shock, deshidrataci\u00f3n y muerte. Son s\u00edntomas parecidos al COVID-19, por eso es importante concurrir al m\u00e9dico o al Centro de Salud municipal para realizar un diagn\u00f3stico diferencial a trav\u00e9s de un estudio de laboratorio.
