El acto fue encabezado por el intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, quien los felicit\u00f3 por su compromiso con la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curso consisti\u00f3 en diez m\u00f3dulos que se dictaron con modalidad mixta (virtual y presencial), con una duraci\u00f3n de ocho semanas en total. Los temas incluyeron: procesos de almacenado, conservaci\u00f3n y cocci\u00f3n de los alimentos; promoci\u00f3n de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y celiaqu\u00eda; y el rol que cumple la escuela en la construcci\u00f3n de entornos escolares saludables. Un chico que no est\u00e1 bien alimentado, no puede aprender bien. El auxiliar tiene un valor incalculable: forma parte de la comunidad educativa, su labor es imprescindible. Les agradezco lo que hacen y les pido que no aflojen\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el presidente del Consejo Escolar local, Fernando Cardozo, dijo: \u201cGracias al apoyo del Ministerio de Desarrollo de la Comunidad de la Provincia, al arduo trabajo del Consejo Escolar y a la nutricionista -Eliana Bazar-, por hacernos un poquito mejores en nuestra labor. Este carnet tambi\u00e9n nos ampl\u00eda la posibilidad laboral y suma a nuestro desarrollo personal. Agradecemos al intendente Mussi por su apoyo constante a estas iniciativas y a la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.
