Al partido inaugural asisti\u00f3 la secretaria de Desarrollo Social, Recreaci\u00f3n, Turismo y Deportes, Mar\u00eda Laura Lacava. Mussi cre\u00f3 este torneo y el Evita Capitana, para que entre todos se construya comunidad. Debemos continuar, de manera fraterna, por este camino\u201d.<br>En tanto, el presidente de la instituci\u00f3n, Gustavo Arce, afirm\u00f3: \u201cTengo 52 a\u00f1os y crec\u00ed jugando en el Evita, con los colores de Nuevos Rumbos. Jug\u00f3 mi hijo y hoy lo hace mi nieto. Este Torneo es hermoso y no puede faltar.
