Estos trabajos forman parte de las 800 cuadras de asfalto y repavimentaci\u00f3n que impulsa la intendenta Mayra Mendoza para el final de su primera gesti\u00f3n, y cumplen con un reclamo hist\u00f3rico de los vecinos y vecinas de la zona que esperaron durante a\u00f1os estas tareas. Adem\u00e1s, tienen como objetivo mejorar el ingreso al barrio El Fort\u00edn y al futuro Complejo Socio Ambiental Eco Parque Quilmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La avenida Italia se desarrolla a lo largo de 900 metros y tiene una superficie de 8.000m\u00b2. Tendr\u00e1 un ancho de 8,34 metros, un tama\u00f1o mayor que una calle com\u00fan. Adem\u00e1s, se construir\u00e1&nbsp;con dos capas de hormig\u00f3n, con una base de 15 cent\u00edmetros de hormig\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n, los pavimentos tienen cord\u00f3n cuneta y desag\u00fces. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta zona se proyect\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de 4 cuadras de pavimento de hormig\u00f3n con cordones y desag\u00fces, apoyado sobre una base y capa de rodamiento preparada para soportar el tr\u00e1nsito pesado de los camiones que ingresen y egresen del nuevo Eco Parque Quilmes, una vez que este se encuentre en funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/EL-MUNICIPIO-AVANZA-CON-LAS-OBRAS-DE-ASFALTO-EN-LA-AVENIDA-ITALIA-3-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1626\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/EL-MUNICIPIO-AVANZA-CON-LAS-OBRAS-DE-ASFALTO-EN-LA-AVENIDA-ITALIA-3-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/EL-MUNICIPIO-AVANZA-CON-LAS-OBRAS-DE-ASFALTO-EN-LA-AVENIDA-ITALIA-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/EL-MUNICIPIO-AVANZA-CON-LAS-OBRAS-DE-ASFALTO-EN-LA-AVENIDA-ITALIA-3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/EL-MUNICIPIO-AVANZA-CON-LAS-OBRAS-DE-ASFALTO-EN-LA-AVENIDA-ITALIA-3.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En total, esta obra est\u00e1 incluida en un plan de 38 cuadras de asfaltos de las cuales ya se pavimentaron 29 en La Ribera, en Quilmes Este, y otras 5 en el barrio Kolynos, de Quilmes Oeste, a las que se suman estas 4 de la avenida Italia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tareas se dan mediante el Fondo de Infraestructura Municipal (FIM) 2021 con el cual se realizan importantes inversiones en los municipios bonaerenses. Este es un programa del Ministerio de Infraestructura y Servicios P\u00fablicos del Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La finalizaci\u00f3n de estos trabajos generar\u00e1 una red de entretejido urbano que ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar las condiciones de vida de los vecinos y vecinas, dando tambi\u00e9n la posibilidad del correcto arribo de servicios de ambulancias y recolecci\u00f3n de residuos. Adem\u00e1s, se realiza la eliminaci\u00f3n de zanjas, y con esto el estancamiento de agua, foco de plagas y enfermedades, mejora aspectos de sanidad y evita anegamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa forma parte de uno de los 30 compromisos que asumi\u00f3 la intendenta Mayra Mendoza para su primer mandato.
