{"id":16806,"date":"2025-07-22T22:29:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-23T01:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=16806"},"modified":"2025-07-23T18:32:57","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T21:32:57","slug":"andres-watson-formalizo-la-ampliacion-del-cementerio-municipal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=16806","title":{"rendered":"Andr\u00e9s Watson formaliz\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del Cementerio Municipal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>El intendente, Andr\u00e9s Watson, firm\u00f3 la escrituraci\u00f3n de las 18 hect\u00e1reas adquiridas por el Ejecutivo local con el objetivo de extender la capacidad del camposanto comunal junto a representantes de la Escriban\u00eda General de la Gobernaci\u00f3n bonaerense.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Alcalde defini\u00f3 a la expansi\u00f3n del predio \u201cuna soluci\u00f3n a una demanda hist\u00f3rica, manifestada p\u00fablicamente por los vecinos y las vecinas de Florencio Varela respecto a las caracter\u00edsticas del lugar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la pandemia por Covid-19 como contexto, el Municipio sancion\u00f3 la Ordenanza N\u00b09689\/2020 y declar\u00f3 de utilidad p\u00fablica el terreno contiguo. La mencionada determinaci\u00f3n, habilit\u00f3 una etapa de negociaciones con el propietario de la parcela que resultaron infructuosas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En abril de 2022, la Honorable Legislatura de Buenos Aires aprob\u00f3 la Ley N\u00b015.327 que calific\u00f3 al inmueble sujeto a expropiaci\u00f3n y estipul\u00f3 su funcionamiento destinado a complementar el Cementerio Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido al estado de emergencia de la dependencia, declarado por Decreto N\u00b020\/22 y convalidado por Ordenanza N\u00b09972\/22, el gobierno varelense opt\u00f3 por la ejecuci\u00f3n directa de la mencionada normativa provincial e inst\u00f3 el advenimiento con el propietario del bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las actuaciones jur\u00eddicas continuaron su desarrollo en simult\u00e1neo con las obras planificadas en etapas, con recursos propios, no solo en la superficie incorporada sino tambi\u00e9n en la necr\u00f3polis original mediante la optimizaci\u00f3n de los servicios e infraestructura para su adecuado funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estuvo el secretario de Obras, Servicios P\u00fablicos, Ambiente y Planificaci\u00f3n Urbana, Diego Trejo; la responsable de la cartera de Hacienda -Gisella Primus- y la secretaria de Coordinaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica Jur\u00eddica, Andrea Padial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El intendente, Andr\u00e9s Watson, firm\u00f3 la escrituraci\u00f3n de las 18 hect\u00e1reas adquiridas por el Ejecutivo local con el objetivo de extender la capacidad del camposanto comunal junto a representantes de la Escriban\u00eda General de la Gobernaci\u00f3n bonaerense.
