Se realizaron jornadas educativas y de visibilizaci\u00f3n por la Semana de la Epilepsia en Latinoam\u00e9rica. La Municipalidad de Berazategui -a cargo del Dr. Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi-, junto a las Asociaciones Civiles Actitud Dravet Argentina y Milagroso Eslab\u00f3n, brind\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n en su stand de Av. 14 y 147.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCon el eslogan \u2018La epilepsia no me detiene\u2019, buscamos explicar cu\u00e1les son los primeros auxilios a aplicar cuando una persona sufre una convulsi\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n buscamos eliminar mitos y leyendas. Es importante contar con esta informaci\u00f3n porque, en algunos casos, puede significar salvarle la vida a una persona. Agradecemos a la Municipalidad de Berazategui por brindarnos su apoyo\u201d, expres\u00f3 Estela Castro, presidenta de la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Actitud Dravet Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Charlas informativas sobre c\u00f3mo actuar ante una crisis convulsiva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Capacitaci\u00f3n en RCP (Reanimaci\u00f3n Cardiopulmonar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Vacunaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Control de signos vitales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    La epilepsia es una enfermedad neurol\u00f3gica cr\u00f3nica que pueden sufrir personas de todas las edades. Se caracteriza por presentar episodios de movimientos involuntarios, llamados convulsiones, que pueden afectar a partes o a todo el cuerpo. Las mismas se producen cuando existe una actividad neuronal excesiva. Es uno de los trastornos neurol\u00f3gicos m\u00e1s comunes y es padecido por unos 50 millones de personas en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
