Tiende a generar distintos espacios culturales para poder tener una red de infraestructura mucho m\u00e1s grande, sumar a lo que ya existe y poder garantizar la accesibilidad a la cultura. Con esta obra se logra una magnitud para generar otro tipo de acciones como seminarios y conferencias.
