Seg\u00fan la fiscal\u00eda, las autoridades del banco actuaron en connivencia con los empresarios para defraudar al Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que la cerealera ya hab\u00eda superado el l\u00edmite de riesgo crediticio permitido \u2014su l\u00ednea representaba m\u00e1s del 20% del patrimonio del banco\u2014 y hab\u00eda dejado de pagar sus deudas en agosto de 2019, los funcionarios del BNA no solo omitieron cobrarla, sino que desarticularon las garant\u00edas existentes y le otorgaron nuevos pr\u00e9stamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img-20190404-131809.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18688\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img-20190404-131809.jpg 700w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/img-20190404-131809-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>El fiscal Pollicita sostiene que se mont\u00f3 una \u201cpuesta en escena\u201d para justificar la refinanciaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mientras el banco simulaba intentar cobrar la deuda, le entregaba a Vicentin fondos que estaban congelados como garant\u00eda y le conced\u00eda nuevos cr\u00e9ditos por m\u00e1s de 105 millones de d\u00f3lares sin ning\u00fan reaseguro.<\/strong> <strong>La maniobra, seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, permiti\u00f3 a Vicentin vaciar sus cuentas en el BNA para evitar el cobro de la deuda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parte de ese dinero, unos 16 millones de d\u00f3lares, habr\u00eda terminado en para\u00edsos fiscales mediante operaciones simuladas y el uso de facturaci\u00f3n ap\u00f3crifa para justificar gastos inexistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Vicentin-1024x576.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18692\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Vicentin-1024x576.webp 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Vicentin-300x169.webp 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Vicentin-768x432.webp 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Vicentin.webp 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez Ercolini justific\u00f3 las medidas cautelares por la \u201cgran complejidad\u201d del caso y el riesgo de que los imputados, con sus conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos y entramados societarios, pudieran desprenderse de sus bienes para eludir un eventual decomiso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La empresa no es la \u00fanica vez que fue beneficiad desde un \u00abgobierno\u00bb Nacional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEntre 1966 y 1983 <strong>[Vicentin]<\/strong> se hizo de <strong>tierras fiscales, puertos y fue beneficiada con la estatizaci\u00f3n tristemente c\u00e9lebre de la deuda privada en 1982<\/strong>.
