Como manifestamos en reiteradas oportunidades, hay una deuda hist\u00f3rica con la comunidad de Quilmes y con municipios vecinos que tambi\u00e9n son afectados por el problema de las inundaciones. M\u00e1s de 300.000 vecinos y vecinas viven a la vera de los arroyos o tienen alg\u00fan tipo de intervenci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el cauce y el nivel que vayan teniendo los arroyos, por lo que estas obras son fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la gesti\u00f3n de Mayra Mendoza, se dise\u00f1\u00f3 el Plan H\u00eddrico Social y Ambiental de la Cuenca de los Arroyos San Francisco y Las Piedras.
