El nuevo marco normativo incorpora herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas y criterios claros que permitir\u00e1n reducir la congesti\u00f3n vehicular, ordenar el estacionamiento y disminuir las infracciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los ejes centrales del plan se encuentra la reorganizaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Estacionamiento Medido Municipal (SEMM), que ser\u00e1 implementado mediante un proceso de licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, transparente y abierta, al cual podr\u00e1n presentarse todo aquel que cumpla con los requisitos establecidos en el pliego correspondiente.
