En cuanto a la Tasa de Seguridad e Higiene, los vencimientos durante este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1n los siguientes: 28 de enero, 19 de febrero, 16 de marzo, 16 de abril, 19 de mayo, 16 de junio, 16 de julio, 18 de agosto, 18 septiembre, 16 de octubre, 17 de noviembre, 22 de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, y en base al decreto dictado por la Intendenta Municipal, Mayra Mendoza, el 9 de diciembre de este a\u00f1o, se procede a eximir de la Tasa SUM a jubilados y jubiladas que perciban de salario hasta 3 jubilaciones m\u00ednimas, con el objetivo de llevar mayor equidad y simplicidad a los vecinos y vecinas de la comuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre otros beneficios tambi\u00e9n se encuentran la exenci\u00f3n de impuesto automotor para personas con discapacidad, con los siguientes requisitos: documento \u00fanico; Certificado de Discapacidad (expedido por el Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia de Buenos Aires o por el Ministerio de la Naci\u00f3n); T\u00edtulo de Propiedad Automotor; en caso de que el\/la solicitante no sea la persona con discapacidad deber\u00e1 acreditar el v\u00ednculo, y si hay hijos\/as menores de edad, ser\u00e1 necesario presentar partida o acta de nacimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se suma a estas facilidades de pago, el nuevo plan que cuenta con quitas de hasta el 70% de intereses para quienes financien su deuda de tasas municipales, con fecha l\u00edmite hasta el 30 de abril.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Municipio de Quilmes informa a todos los contribuyentes, que diciembre hasta el 20 de enero se puede realizar el pago anual de la tasa por Servicios Urbanos Municipales (Tasa SUM) con un descuento del 25% sobre el total y la bonificaci\u00f3n de la cuota de diciembre.
