Participaron el intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi; el rector de la UNAJ, Arnaldo Medina; y el secretario de Trabajo local, Juan Manuel Parra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El convenio posibilita que la UNAJ otorgue becas a 30 agentes municipales de Berazategui inscriptos voluntariamente en la diplomatura. Esta instancia de formaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo construir capacidades para la gesti\u00f3n y el Gobierno local, la integraci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n de equipos municipales; y la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos sociales promovidos por organizaciones comunitarias del territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paula Amaya, directora de la diplomatura, coment\u00f3 durante el encuentro: \u201cFirmamos un convenio espec\u00edfico entre la Universidad y la Municipalidad de Berazategui para su inclusi\u00f3n en la tercera promoci\u00f3n de la diplomatura. Principalmente se tratan all\u00ed temas de gobierno, administraci\u00f3n, comunicaci\u00f3n, relaci\u00f3n del Estado municipal con organizaciones sociales, partidos pol\u00edticos, vecinos y vecinas.
