Conocimos a Tamara y a su equipo en Vitarti, con quienes charlamos y nos contamos experiencias, dolores y padecimientos que muchas veces se viven en \u00e1mbitos exclusivamente de hombres. Pero es una actividad distinta la que ellas hoy est\u00e1n desarrollando y d\u00e1ndoles la posibilidad a muchas otras mujeres que quieran incorporarse como mec\u00e1nicas a talleres y tambi\u00e9n a preparaci\u00f3n de autos deportivos\u201d, sostuvo Mayra en el encuentro con las profesionales que componen Vitarti Girl\u2019s Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Luc\u00eda Portos destac\u00f3 la importancia del taller: \u201cTamara nos contaba que ac\u00e1 dan la posibilidad de que haya otras compa\u00f1eras haciendo pasant\u00edas, form\u00e1ndose, aprendiendo el oficio de la mec\u00e1nica y que tambi\u00e9n lo han sostenido durante la pandemia como forma de encontrarse, de darse fuerzas y demostrar que es posible incorporarse sin prejuicios a todos los espacios de la producci\u00f3n, del trabajo y del deporte, en la Provincia, en Quilmes y en toda la Argentina\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mayra-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2233\" width=\"718\" height=\"478\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mayra-3.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mayra-3-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mayra-3-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 718px) 100vw, 718px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto que, la secretaria de Mujeres y Diversidades local, B\u00e1rbara Cocimano, expres\u00f3: \u201cHoy visitamos el taller mec\u00e1nico tambi\u00e9n para que las chicas que lo llevan adelante se sientan acompa\u00f1adas en esta tarea que vienen dando para ir ganando terreno en un \u00e1mbito muy de varones, cosa que hace todo muy dificultoso, y que queremos que se sientan acompa\u00f1adas por un Estado que todos los d\u00edas intenta llevar adelante una gesti\u00f3n feminista, transversalmente a todas sus \u00e1reas, no solamente a la Secretar\u00eda de Mujeres y Diversidades\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que la fundadora y jefa del equipo, Tamara Vital, indic\u00f3 que Vitarti Girl&#8217;s Team apoya a pilotos y staff t\u00e9cnico en un deporte que comienza a cambiar sus rumbos con el avance de la inclusi\u00f3n, y destac\u00f3 la visita de la Intendenta: \u201cEstamos contentas de poder recibir a Mayra y a su equipo de trabajo, y compartir este proyecto que sabemos tambi\u00e9n lo que apoya, y lo que significa para ella el hecho de que las mujeres podamos involucrarnos en espacios que se cre\u00edan que eran de hombres\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitarti Girl\u2019s Team compite en el Top Race Junior, una divisional de la categor\u00eda argentina de automovilismo Top Race, donde debut\u00f3 en el mes de abril. El taller se dedica a la reparaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos utilitarios, tanto autos como camionetas pick up y furgones de todas las marcas.
