El Municipio de Quilmes informa que durante este martes se llev\u00f3 a cabo el lanzamiento del programa \u201cQuilmes Respira 2026\u201d, en el Parque Municipal de La Ribera (avenida Cervantes y Marinero L\u00f3pez), una iniciativa que busca generar conciencia ambiental y promover la plantaci\u00f3n de \u00e1rboles nativos en la ciudad. En el marco de una festiva jornada se realiz\u00f3 un taller y la forestaci\u00f3n de 20 nuevos ejemplares.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstamos, por un lado, plantando florales, cerrando el mes de la memoria, y tambi\u00e9n estamos lanzando el programa Quilmes Respira por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo, que nos permite tener ya distribuidos m\u00e1s de 1.500 \u00e1rboles en toda la ciudad. Desde el d\u00eda uno, Mayra Mendoza nos pidi\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n con la comunidad, esto tiene que ver con que cada iniciativa que hagamos desde el Estado Municipal tenga un arraigo con los vecinos. En este caso, en la sociedad educativa, que es la que se hace eco y lleva adelante este programa\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el secretario de Ambiente y Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos S\u00f3lidos Urbanos (GIRSU), Roberto Gaudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participaron del lanzamiento diferentes instituciones educativas y entidades de la zona como: el Jard\u00edn de Infantes N\u00ba 917; el Jard\u00edn Maternal Eco Parque; las Escuelas Primarias N\u00ba 73 y N\u00ba 79; las Escuelas Secundarias N\u00ba 6, N\u00ba 21, N\u00ba 22, N\u00ba 49, N\u00ba 66 y N\u00ba 53; el Centro Educativo Complementario (CEC) N\u00ba 801; la Escuela de Educaci\u00f3n Especial N\u00ba 506; la Escuela Primaria de Adultos, la Sociedad de Fomento La Ribera; las iglesias ASRAU y Pr\u00edncipe de Paz, entre otras instituciones locales.  El objetivo de la actividad fue que cada entidad participe de un taller sobre la importancia de plantar \u00e1rboles nativos, para luego realizar la forestaci\u00f3n de 20 nuevos ejemplares en el lugar y al finalizar, cada establecimiento se llev\u00f3 un kit de semillas y plantines nativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Varios directivos, docentes, alumnos y representantes de las instituciones se mostraron satisfechos con la iniciativa. La docente de la Escuela Secundaria N\u00ba 49, Reina \u00c1lvarez, indic\u00f3 que \u201ca los chicos les encanta trabajar con la huerta y plantar, adem\u00e1s muchos de estos conocimientos los llevan a las familias. Me parece excelente que el Municipio realice estas jornadas\u201d. En tanto, el alumno del CEC N\u00ba 801, Mario Saavedra, coment\u00f3: \u201cMe pareci\u00f3 muy bueno, nos explicaron sobre las especies nativas y c\u00f3mo plantar un \u00e1rbol, es muy bueno este evento y lo que estamos haciendo, los \u00e1rboles nos ayudan a mejorar el aire y a que se vea mejor el parque\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
