De esta manera, la Municipalidad -mediante la Agencia de Tierras y H\u00e1bitat- contin\u00faa con su plan de escrituraci\u00f3n social para vecinos de la ciudad, con el apoyo del Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires y su Programa Mi Escritura, mi casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos tr\u00e1mites corresponden a la Ley 10.830 y fueron gestionados de manera gratuita a trav\u00e9s del Municipio. Gracias a este servicio, las y los vecinos se ahorran, en promedio, m\u00e1s de $300.000 en el tr\u00e1mite (dependiendo del valor del inmueble) y alrededor de $45.000 en la afectaci\u00f3n a vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la emotiva jornada llevada a cabo en el Edificio Municipal, el intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi resalt\u00f3: \u201cFundamentalmente tenemos que agradecerle al gobernador bonaerense, Axel Kicillof, que retom\u00f3 este programa. Si bien el momento es dif\u00edcil, nos sentimos sumamente acompa\u00f1ados\u201d. Y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cEl Dr. Mussi nos llama permanentemente para agilizar la documentaci\u00f3n de cada vecino y vecina. Su rol es fundamental para que se lleve a cabo esta gesti\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Norma Valles, vecina del barrio Los Troncos, expres\u00f3: \u201cEs un sue\u00f1o para la familia. Estamos muy felices ya que al fin vamos a ser due\u00f1os de nuestra propiedad.
