El Municipio de Quilmes informa que este martes se entregaron 222 t\u00edtulos de escrituraci\u00f3n que llevar\u00e1n seguridad jur\u00eddica a familias del distrito en un acto que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Teatro Municipal (Mitre 721) y que fue encabezado por la intendenta interina local, Eva Mieri.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHay algo que Mayra siempre nos inculca, que es que los m\u00e1s chiquititos, nuestros hijos, nuestras nietas, puedan vivir mejor de lo que vivimos nosotras o nosotros hace 10, 20, 30 o 40 a\u00f1os. Es por eso que esta gesti\u00f3n municipal pone en valor y reconoce el trabajo, el esfuerzo y el esmero que hizo cada familia, para hoy obtener el t\u00edtulo de su propiedad; esa escritura tan valiosa, que, efectivamente, pone con el coraz\u00f3n de cada uno de ustedes la posibilidad de un buen vivir\u201d, destac\u00f3 Mieri, acompa\u00f1ada por la secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica, Cecilia Soler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el subsecretario de H\u00e1bitat de la Comunidad de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Rub\u00e9n Pascolini, expres\u00f3: \u201cEstoy contento de estar trabajando ac\u00e1 en Quilmes con un Municipio que tiene una dedicaci\u00f3n especial por el tema de la regularizaci\u00f3n, algo que nosotros valoramos mucho desde la Provincia. Sabemos lo que significa para las familias recibir la escritura, es posibilidad de heredar con tranquilidad, es valorizaci\u00f3n de esa vivienda y del barrio, es la posibilidad de usar ese inmueble como como garant\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La entrega se realiz\u00f3 en el marco del Programa Mi Escritura Mi Casa que se desarrolla gracias al trabajo mancomunado entre la subsecretar\u00eda de H\u00e1bitat de la Comunidad de la provincia de Buenos Aires y el \u00e1rea de Tierras dependiente de la secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica local. Ya se entregaron m\u00e1s de 3.600 t\u00edtulos en todo el distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, los vecinos y vecinas mostraron su alegr\u00eda por la entrega de escrituras. Susana Lescano, oriunda de San Francisco Solano, destac\u00f3: \u201cEstoy s\u00faper feliz, estuve 13 a\u00f1os esperando esto, y me pareci\u00f3 important\u00edsimo que nos asesoraran desde el Municipio en cuanto a lo que pod\u00edamos hacer, adem\u00e1s el tr\u00e1mite fue fluido\u201d. Mientras que, N\u00e9lida Pasco, tambi\u00e9n de Solano, asever\u00f3: \u201cTener un techo, algo legal y bueno como esto, es muy importante por los chicos y por todo. Estoy muy contenta y agradecida con la gente del Municipio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En primera instancia se otorga un Acta de Regularizaci\u00f3n (Ley N\u00ba 24.374) que se inscribe en el registro de la propiedad como todas las escrituras traslativas de dominio; y una vez transcurridos 10 a\u00f1os desde su obtenci\u00f3n se accede a la Escritura de Consolidaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan Ley 25.797. Los t\u00edtulos entregados corresponden a 108 Actas de Regularizaci\u00f3n y 94 Actas de Consolidaci\u00f3n, distribuidas en todo el distrito Adem\u00e1s se entregaron 20 adjudicaciones de sus lotes a vecinos del Barrio El Tala, seg\u00fan Ley 10.239.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estuvieron presentes tambi\u00e9n la directora general de Vivienda, Tierras y Regularizaci\u00f3n Dominial, Adriana Cittadino, y el director de Acciones Escriturarias de la Provincia, Ariel Walter Trovero, entre otros funcionarios y autoridades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
