En un acto encabezado por el ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat de la Naci\u00f3n, Jorge Ferraresi; y el intendente de Berazategui, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, se realiz\u00f3 la entrega de 12 cr\u00e9ditos Casa Propia del Programa Procrear.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En una nueva visita de Ferraresi al distrito, se otorgaron 12 beneficios, consistiendo 9 de ellos en cr\u00e9ditos de la L\u00ednea Construcci\u00f3n y 3 de Lotes con Servicios. Al respecto, el Ministro afirm\u00f3: \u201cLlegamos a la entrega del cr\u00e9dito N\u00b0 127 de lotes propios y 128 de lotes con servicios, que se ha generado a partir de una propuesta con el intendente Mussi. Y seguimos esa tem\u00e1tica para que cada vez m\u00e1s argentinos puedan cumplir con el derecho de tener su casa a tasa cero, con cr\u00e9ditos que se devuelven una vez que la vivienda est\u00e1 terminada. Esta es una pol\u00edtica integral y una propuesta federal. En marzo entregaremos la vivienda N\u00b0 40.000 de 265 mil viviendas para estos tres a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, destac\u00f3: \u201cEstamos muy contentos en un municipio como Berazategui, uno de los mejores del pa\u00eds, con un Intendente que se ocupa y se preocupa, que genera propuestas para un trabajo conjunto. Queremos seguir forjando pol\u00edticas de generaci\u00f3n de suelo para democratizarlo y que sea accesible para todos los argentinos\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seguidamente, Mussi expres\u00f3: \u201cEs fundamental esta pol\u00edtica nacional. El Ministro es un compa\u00f1ero, un amigo; y por haber sido Intendente conoce las necesidades y problem\u00e1ticas cotidianas de los municipios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el Mandatario berazateguense resalt\u00f3: \u201cValoramos mucho el conocimiento y el accionar del ministro Ferraresi. Fue un gran acierto del Presidente (Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez) haber hecho que el ex Intendente de Avellaneda sea Ministro porque ha movilizado esa \u00e1rea. Sentirse acompa\u00f1ado por el Gobierno Nacional y provincial es muy importante\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ismael Ojeda, vecino del barrio San Juan y beneficiario del Programa, dijo: \u201cEstamos muy contentos porque salimos sorteados en el Procrear para construir nuestra primera casa, estamos emocionados y agradecidos por la gesti\u00f3n de este Estado presente. Actualmente vivo en el fondo de la casa de mis suegros con mis dos hijas, tratando de evitar el alquiler y ahorrando. El proceso para acceder a este beneficio fue din\u00e1mico. Nuestro lote se encuentra en Ranelagh. Estamos muy ansiosos por empezar a construir nuestra casa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
