El Mandatario Comunal subray\u00f3 \u201cla fecha no solo por honrar su importancia, sino tambi\u00e9n para transmitirla a las juventudes\u201d. Consider\u00f3 \u201cprimordial estar unidos pese a la situaci\u00f3n nacional a fin de sostener la soberan\u00eda ante cualquier fuerza extranjera y enaltecer la proeza de las y los h\u00e9roes de dos siglos atr\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
