La tarifa del tr\u00e1mite pasar\u00eda de $22.000 a $300.000 y s\u00f3lo podr\u00eda realizarse en sedes vinculadas al gremio que conduce Hugo Moyano.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hermanos Santiago Passaglia, intendente de San Nicol\u00e1s, y Manuel Passaglia, diputado bonaerense, denunciaron un fuerte encarecimiento en el tr\u00e1mite de las licencias profesionales de conducir en la provincia de Buenos Aires y responsabilizaron al gobernador Axel Kicillof y al Sindicato de Camioneros, con el aval, seg\u00fan sostuvieron, del presidente Javier Milei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El planteo de los Passaglia surge a partir de la implementaci\u00f3n de un nuevo esquema para las licencias profesionales de las clases C, D y E, que rige desde el 6 de julio en el marco de un convenio de delegaci\u00f3n de facultades entre la provincia de Buenos Aires y la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV), aprobado por el decreto 3153\/25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"584\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Licencias-1024x584.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27607\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Licencias-1024x584.webp 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Licencias-300x171.webp 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Licencias-768x438.webp 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Licencias.webp 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La conexi\u00f3n con Hugo Moyano<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abComo consecuencia de este acuerdo entre la provincia de Buenos Aires, el Sindicato de Camioneros y el Gobierno nacional, el tr\u00e1mite para sacar el carnet para trabajar de chofer ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s caro, m\u00e1s lento y m\u00e1s lejos\u00bb, sostuvieron los hermanos a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la denuncia de los Passaglia, el tr\u00e1mite que hasta ahora costaba $22.000 pasar\u00e1 a costar cerca de $300.000, un incremento de m\u00e1s de mil doscientos por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cambio de reglas en las licencias en Buenos Aires<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La circular de la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Licencias de Conducir y Antecedentes de Tr\u00e1nsito establece una distinci\u00f3n entre licencias jurisdiccionales, que se tramitan sin cambios en el Centro de Emisi\u00f3n de cada municipio, e interjurisdiccionales, para las que la evaluaci\u00f3n psicof\u00edsica y la capacitaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctica deber\u00e1n realizarse ante prestadores externos habilitados por la ANSV antes de completar la emisi\u00f3n en el municipio.
