En el d\u00eda de ayer jueves 3 de noviembre siendo las 7.35hs, se llev\u00f3 adelante la decimoquinta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Florencio Varela donde se votaron 28 proyectos de Ordenanza, 5 Decretos de Archivo y 3 versiones taquigr\u00e1ficas de las Sesiones. En los Asuntos entrados tomaron Estado Parlamentario 36 Comunicaciones Oficiales del Departamento Ejecutivo, 20 Comunicaciones Oficiales de Concejales y 3 Peticiones Particulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por unanimidad se aprob\u00f3 \u201csobre tablas\u201d la solicitud de la pr\u00f3rroga prevista en el Art\u00edculo N\u00ba 36 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de las Municipalidades, para la presentaci\u00f3n del Proyecto de Presupuesto de Gastos y Recursos para el pr\u00f3ximo ejercicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de Ordenanza mediante el cual se renov\u00f3 el Derecho de Uso y Ocupaci\u00f3n del predio de la asociaci\u00f3n El Faro de la Esperanza\u201d lo cual garantiza un marco de funcionamiento constante para acompa\u00f1ar las tareas que viene cumpliendo la instituci\u00f3n en el acompa\u00f1amiento a vecinas y vecinos en el barrio Presidente Sarmiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otro de los proyectos de Ordenanza que se aprobaron y que beneficia a miles de varelenses fue la modificaci\u00f3n del Anexo Pautas de Puntaje para la  Adjudicaci\u00f3n de Viviendas del Plan Federal de la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00ba4816\/06, el que quedar\u00e1 redactado de la siguiente manera: 5% Casos de Emergencia Habitacional, Discapacidad, 5% Situaciones de Violencia de G\u00e9nero, 3% (Reubicaci\u00f3n Municipal, Obras P\u00fablicas, Incendio, Desalojo, Orden Judicial), 1% Mayores de 60 a\u00f1os, 1%: Ex Combatientes de Malvinas, 5%: Problem\u00e1ticas Sociosanitarias (Trasplantes, C\u00e1ncer, T.C.B. y otros).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, se aprob\u00f3 la entrega al Municipio de una cargadora frontal con retroexcavadora destinada a la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios P\u00fablicos por parte del Ministerio de Asuntos Agrarios del Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Tambi\u00e9n el Honorable Concejo Deliberante aprob\u00f3 mediante ordenanza la realizaci\u00f3n de un monumento al \u201c50 aniversario del Grupo Scout Florentino Ameghino\u201d en la cabecera San Juan del Boulevard de la Avenida San Mart\u00edn entre calles San Juan y Arist\u00f3bulo del Valle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
