{"id":2843,"date":"2022-11-17T13:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-17T16:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=2843"},"modified":"2022-11-20T22:12:16","modified_gmt":"2022-11-21T01:12:16","slug":"decimosexta-sesion-ordinaria-del-honorable-concejo-deliberante-de-florencio-varela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=2843","title":{"rendered":"<strong>DECIMOSEXTA SESI\u00d3N ORDINARIA DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE FLORENCIO VARELA<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el d\u00eda de hoy jueves 17 de noviembre siendo las 8.40hs, se llev\u00f3 adelante la decimosexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Florencio Varela donde se votaron en el Orden del D\u00eda, doce proyectos de Ordenanza, una Resoluci\u00f3n y tres Decretos de Archivo. En los Asuntos entrados tomaron Estado Parlamentario cuarenta y tres Comunicaciones Oficiales del Departamento Ejecutivo, siete Comunicaciones Oficiales de Concejales y Concejalas y dos Peticiones Particulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por unanimidad se aprob\u00f3 \u201csobre tablas\u201d la Ordenanza que declara la emergencia habitacional y la infraestructura vinculada a la misma en Florencio Varela por el plazo de un a\u00f1o con la posibilidad de pr\u00f3rroga. Para alcanzar la votaci\u00f3n y dado que el proyecto se encontraba en el libro de Asuntos Entrados, se solicit\u00f3 la reserva del mismo en el momento de la toma de Estado Parlamentario, se puso el cuerpo en Comisi\u00f3n para tratar el expediente y posteriormente, con el cuerpo nuevamente en Sesi\u00f3n, se vot\u00f3 afirmativamente. Esta Ordenanza brinda el marco para desarrollar acciones desde el Departamento Ejecutivo tendientes a solucionar el d\u00e9ficit habitacional en nuestro distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo referente al Orden del D\u00eda se destac\u00f3 la Ordenanza que habilita el cambio de circulaci\u00f3n, estacionamiento, transporte de cargas especiales y\/o pesadas, operaciones de carga y descarga para la Avenida Luj\u00e1n, la calle N\u00ba 942 Mercedes, calle N\u00ba 919 \u201cA\u201d Tres Arroyos, calle N\u00ba 921 Lobos, calle N\u00ba 921 \u201cA\u201d Lincoln, calle N\u00ba 923 Brandsen, calle N\u00ba 923 \u201cA\u201d Olavarr\u00eda, calle N\u00ba 925 Bragado, calle N\u00ba 925 \u201cA\u201d Saladillo, calle N\u00ba 927 Pehuaj\u00f3, calle N\u00ba \u201cA\u201d 927, Trenque Lauquen, calle N\u00ba 929 Leopoldo Lugones, Colectora Ruta Provincial N\u00ba 36, y calle N\u00ba 936 \u201cA\u201d Rub\u00e9n Dar\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se aprob\u00f3 en el Orden del D\u00eda, la modificaci\u00f3n al recorrido de la l\u00ednea 502 de colectivos que une la calle N\u00ba 1574 y Av. Eva Per\u00f3n en el barrio Los Tronquitos con la esquina de calle Mariano Necochea y calle Bombero Galarza (Hospital N\u00e9stor Kirchner\/El Cruce) en el barrio Altamira.
