La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, la secretaria de Educaci\u00f3n de la Naci\u00f3n, Silvina Gvirtz, y el director general de Cultura y Educaci\u00f3n bonaerense, Alberto Sileoni, encabezaron este martes la apertura del Congreso Pedag\u00f3gico Quilmes 2022, que se realiz\u00f3 en el Teatro Municipal (Mitre 721), bajo el lema \u201cA 40 a\u00f1os de la vuelta de la democracia, la escuela que queremos\u201d. El evento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n destacada de \u201cTaty\u201d Almeida, docente jubilada y referente de las Madres de Plaza de Mayo L\u00ednea Fundadora, y con la presencia de Alejandra Zinni, vicerrectora de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, y Mar\u00eda Laura Torre, secretaria general Adjunta de SUTEBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luego de dar la bienvenida a los presentes, la Intendenta asegur\u00f3: \u201cNos parece fundamental, a un a\u00f1o de cumplirse 40 a\u00f1os del advenimiento de nuestra democracia, poder reflexionar, y m\u00e1s en estos tiempos, sobre la necesidad del fortalecimiento de nuestra democracia. En esta tarea, la educaci\u00f3n, ustedes como equipo directivo de cada una de las escuelas, como docentes, como formadores, tienen una gran responsabilidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este marco, y tras resaltar la figura de Taty Almeida, la Jefa comunal convoc\u00f3 a trabajar por la igualdad de oportunidades y as\u00ed, construir un futuro mejor: \u201cForma parte de nuestra concepci\u00f3n ideol\u00f3gica, de nuestro ADN, de nuestra matriz de pensamiento, tener bien en claro que no hay posibilidad de libertad, sin antes no tener igualdad de posibilidades, de condiciones, de oportunidades. En esta tarea la educaci\u00f3n como herramienta es fundamental. Y sobre esto es lo que nos proponemos reflexionar hoy. Esperamos que este este sea el primero de muchos encuentros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seguidamente, Mayra le entreg\u00f3 un reconocimiento a Taty Almeida, quien agradeci\u00f3 el gesto y comparti\u00f3 unas palabras: \u201cEstamos por cumplir 40 a\u00f1os de democracia, de gobiernos elegidos por el pueblo sin interrupci\u00f3n. Algunos al fin y al cabo fueron elegidos tambi\u00e9n pero precisamente no hicieron honor a la democracia, esa democracia que tenemos que cuidarla. Y no es posible que porque se diga que estamos en democracia se la tome para cualquier cosa, para difamar, para insultar y ni hablemos los que siguen sembrando odio, as\u00ed fue el atentado contra nuestra querida vicepresidenta, Cristina Kirchner\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y destac\u00f3: \u201cNosotras no sembramos odio, sembramos amor y lo vamos a seguir haciendo y estoy segura de que tarde o temprano el amor va a triunfar sobre el odio y saben por qu\u00e9, porque no nos han vencido. Tenemos, queridos docentes, que preservar la memoria que es una de la patas de la lucha: Memoria, Verdad y Justicia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Gvirtz indic\u00f3: \u201cYo hice la secundaria y el profesorado en la dictadura, soy de esa generaci\u00f3n. Cuando uno compara eso con lo que tenemos hoy, tenemos que estar felices de que Madres y Abuelas, y los ciudadanos, y todos nosotros sigamos peleando cada d\u00eda por tener una mejor democracia. Esa democracia se emparenta con la escuela que queremos porque en la escuela que queremos todos los d\u00edas se ense\u00f1a democracia y por suerte, trabajamos con libertad y ya nadie amenaza\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, Sileoni se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201ces un honor estar en esta mesa, con una convocatoria de tres instituciones muy confiables. La UNQ es una universidad con mucha experiencia. SUTEBA es una organizaci\u00f3n gremial que ha dado testimonio de su tarea por la democracia y la educaci\u00f3n. Y la tarea de Mayra en este municipio tambi\u00e9n ha puesto en el centro a la educaci\u00f3n y el encuentro de hoy es una prueba. Creemos que la educaci\u00f3n es un escenario absolutamente propicio para encontrar todos un camino\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su turno, Alejandra Zinni afirm\u00f3 que \u201cen un momento donde los discursos de odio est\u00e1n exacerbados, pensar la escuela que queremos es fundamental porque la escuela es un espacio que nos tiene que llamar a la reflexi\u00f3n, tiene que ser el lugar donde podamos discutir ideas sin violencia, como nos ense\u00f1aron los defensores y las defensoras de los derechos humanos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, Mar\u00eda Laura Torre expres\u00f3: \u201cEstos congresos nos ayudan a mirar el pasado para poder fijar algunas alertas, con lo que nos dej\u00f3 huellas, pero tambi\u00e9n con lo que nos dej\u00f3 cicatrices. Los docentes tenemos un lugar fundamental para introducir en las escuelas los debates de la democracia, con perspectiva hist\u00f3rica pero tambi\u00e9n de presente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El congreso, que es organizado por la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n del Municipio de Quilmes en articulaci\u00f3n con la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes y SUTEBA Quilmes, est\u00e1 dirigido a directivos y docentes de todos los niveles y modalidades educativas del distrito que disertar\u00e1n sobre diversos temas que hacen a la educaci\u00f3n como juventud, inclusi\u00f3n, sexualidades, ense\u00f1anza, convivencias y nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, entre otros, en diferentes establecimientos educativos y culturales del distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y sirve, adem\u00e1s, para reflexionar sobre los modos en que desde el campo de la educaci\u00f3n se torna necesario profundizar la democracia y fortalecer los valores que la sustentan, en el marco del cumplimiento de los 40 a\u00f1os de la recuperaci\u00f3n de la misma en nuestro pa\u00eds que tendr\u00e1 lugar el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La propuesta, a su vez, consiste en llevar a cabo dos jornadas de trabajo en distintas comisiones en las que se planteen cuestiones centrales, organizadas en \u00e1reas tem\u00e1ticas, que habiliten el encuentro con voces especializadas en las cuestiones abordadas con la idea de potenciar la educaci\u00f3n como herramienta fundamental para construir m\u00e1s y mejor democracia y consolidar una sociedad justa e inclusiva respetuosa de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
