{"id":2924,"date":"2022-11-24T15:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-24T18:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=2924"},"modified":"2022-11-29T00:12:27","modified_gmt":"2022-11-29T03:12:27","slug":"decimoseptima-sesion-ordinaria-del-honorable-concejo-deliberante-de-florencio-varela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=2924","title":{"rendered":"<strong>DECIMOS\u00c9PTIMA SESI\u00d3N ORDINARIA DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE FLORENCIO VARELA<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el d\u00eda de hoy jueves 24 de noviembre siendo las 8.40hs, se llev\u00f3 adelante la decimos\u00e9ptima Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Florencio Varela donde se votaron en el Orden del D\u00eda, once proyectos de Ordenanza y cuatro Decretos de Archivo. En los Asuntos entrados tomaron Estado Parlamentario veinte Comunicaciones Oficiales del Departamento Ejecutivo, ocho Comunicaciones Oficiales de Concejales y Concejalas y una Petici\u00f3n Particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a lo establecido en el Reglamento Interno del Cuerpo Legislativo, la Sesi\u00f3n Comenz\u00f3 con los correspondientes homenajes en el marco de lo cual la Concejala Celia Z\u00e1rate se refiri\u00f3 a la Presidenta de Madres de Plaza de Mayo, Hebe de Bonafini, quien falleci\u00f3 el pasado domingo a sus 93 a\u00f1os. La Edil destac\u00f3 la obra de Bonafini, su constancia y compromiso en la lucha por los Derechos Humanos y por la aparici\u00f3n de los militantes detenidos desaparecidos durante la \u00faltima dictadura c\u00edvico militar. Posteriormente el Concejal Mario Kanashiro record\u00f3 al Dr. Vicente Ierace, quien fuera Secretario de Salud del Municipio en dos gestiones y docente de la Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche. Ierace fue pionero en la estrategia sanitaria de atenci\u00f3n primaria de la salud en nuestra regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente a los homenajes, en lo referente al Orden del D\u00eda se destac\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n por unanimidad de los Proyectos de Ordenanza 28587\/22 y 28588\/22, preparatorias para el llamado a Asamblea de Grandes Contribuyentes; se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la Ordenanza mediante la cual se convalida el Convenio Marco de colaboraci\u00f3n suscripto entre la Municipalidad y el Instituto Nacional de Servicios Sociales para Jubilados y Pensionados mediante el cual se acuerda colaborar y participar conjuntamente en iniciativas, proyectos y\/o acciones que tengan como objetivo mejorar los indicadores sociosanitarios de la regi\u00f3n. Por mayor\u00eda se aprob\u00f3 la Ordenanza que convalida el contrato de comodato suscripto entre la Municipalidad de Florencio Varela y la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Centro Cultural \u201cEl Eterno Retorno de lo Popular\u201d, y el Convenio de Cooperaci\u00f3n suscripto entre la Municipalidad y el Consejo Nacional de Coordinaci\u00f3n de Pol\u00edticas Sociales de la Presidencia de la Naci\u00f3n con el objetivo de generar acciones de vinculaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n que permitan la localizaci\u00f3n&nbsp; adaptaci\u00f3n de las metas de desarrollo sostenible &nbsp;en el distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez se aprobaron por unanimidad la Ordenanza que convalida el convenio suscripto entre la Municipalidad y el Ministerio de Desarrollo social de la Naci\u00f3n mediante el cual se otorg\u00f3 un subsidio institucional para la implementaci\u00f3n del proyecto \u201cEquipamiento Centro de D\u00eda para personas mayores con dependencia leve a moderada Lita Genoud\u201d y el convenio marco de cooperaci\u00f3n y asistencia t\u00e9cnica con la C\u00e1mara de Empresas de Software y Servicios inform\u00e1ticos para el establecimiento de un marco jur\u00eddico destinado a la articulaci\u00f3n, implementaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de acciones para crear estrategias de desarrollo en la formaci\u00f3n y empleo de tecnolog\u00edas para nuestras vecinas y vecinos en el marco del Proyecto SaaF, programa propuesto por la&nbsp;C\u00e1mara de la Industria Argentina Del Software -CESSI- para todos los actores&nbsp;de la comunidad relacionados con la formaci\u00f3n y el empleo en la industria IT, proponiendo hacer&nbsp;crecer sustancialmente la industria, generando empleo, un &nbsp;incremento sustancial de&nbsp;exportaciones&nbsp;y&nbsp;desarrollo productivo&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s de acciones concretas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el d\u00eda de hoy jueves 24 de noviembre siendo las 8.40hs, se llev\u00f3 adelante la decimos\u00e9ptima Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Florencio Varela donde se votaron en el Orden del D\u00eda, once proyectos de Ordenanza y cuatro Decretos de Archivo.
