{"id":2968,"date":"2022-12-16T12:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T15:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=2968"},"modified":"2022-12-19T13:23:55","modified_gmt":"2022-12-19T16:23:55","slug":"avanzan-las-obras-de-readecuacion-del-centro-de-tratamiento-y-rehabilitacion-infantil-municipal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=2968","title":{"rendered":"<strong>AVANZAN LAS OBRAS DE READECUACI\u00d3N DEL CENTRO DE TRATAMIENTO Y REHABILITACI\u00d3N INFANTIL MUNICIPAL<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Municipio de Quilmes informa que avanzan las obras referidas a la readecuaci\u00f3n del Centro de Tratamiento y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Infantil Municipal, ubicado en Ant\u00e1rtida Argentina 1275 entre Derqui y Cevallos, en Ezpeleta Este, una obra fundamental para mejorar las prestaciones de uno de los pocos centros de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as de gesti\u00f3n municipal en la zona sur del Gran Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, equipos de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Obras P\u00fablicas, a cargo de Ceci Soler, est\u00e1n trabajando con la ejecuci\u00f3n del cielorraso, contrapiso, la colocaci\u00f3n de las carpinter\u00edas y contin\u00faan con la instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, entre los trabajos finalizados se encuentran la demolici\u00f3n y la colocaci\u00f3n de la cubierta, tambi\u00e9n se termin\u00f3 el muro medianero con la iglesia, y se avanz\u00f3 con la instalaci\u00f3n sanitaria y revoques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/CRI-3-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2969\" width=\"811\" height=\"540\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/CRI-3-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/CRI-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/CRI-3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/CRI-3.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 811px) 100vw, 811px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto tiene adem\u00e1s entre sus tareas principales el reemplazo completo de cubiertas y paredes, la generaci\u00f3n de nuevos espacios de consultorios, gimnasio, patios internos, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n un nuevo espacio adaptado para el ingreso de una ambulancia y juegos de estimulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los trabajos tienen como fin la adecuaci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n de todos los componentes del edificio bajo las normas t\u00e9cnicas vigentes y condiciones b\u00e1sicas de habitabilidad y buen funcionamiento del mismo.
