{"id":29782,"date":"2026-09-03T14:25:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-03T17:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=29782"},"modified":"2026-09-03T16:28:08","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T19:28:08","slug":"el-municipio-de-quilmes-avanza-con-el-plan-de-bacheo-en-quilmes-oeste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=29782","title":{"rendered":"El municipio de Quilmes avanza con el plan de bacheo en Quilmes Oeste"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>El Municipio de Quilmes avanza con el Plan Municipal de Bacheo 2025-2027 y este jueves, bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de la intendenta interina, Eva Mieri, desarroll\u00f3 tareas de reparaci\u00f3n de calzada en la calle Lisandro de la Torre al 3900, entre Mazza y Agote, en Quilmes Oeste, en una iniciativa realizada con 100% de fondos municipales, en simult\u00e1neo en diferentes barrios del distrito.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstos son trabajos que hacemos todos los d\u00edas con recursos del Municipio para dar respuesta a los reclamos que las vecinas y vecinos nos acercan comunic\u00e1ndose al 0800-999-5656, a Mi Quilmes Digital y a nuestras redes oficiales. Escuchar las demandas, planificar y llegar a cada barrio con soluciones, es la forma en que trabajamos para construir el Quilmes que nos merecemos\u201d, sostuvo Eva, acompa\u00f1ada por el secretario de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Sebasti\u00e1n Garc\u00eda, y el director general de Bacheo, Sebasti\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Sebasti\u00e1n Garc\u00eda, destac\u00f3: \u201cEl balance sobre el Plan de Bacheo es muy positivo, son 4 meses de intensificar estas tareas, y hoy estamos con alrededor de 150 intervenciones en todo Quilmes, y nos quedan dos meses m\u00e1s de estos trabajos. Los trabajos contemplan una secuencia t\u00e9cnica estructurada que se inicia con la rotura y el retiro del pavimento deteriorado, seguida por la limpieza, saneamiento, nivelaci\u00f3n y compactaci\u00f3n de la base. A continuaci\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 el vertido de hormig\u00f3n H13 para conformar el subsuelo y se completa la estructura con la colocaci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n H30, material de alta resistencia. La obra se dejar\u00e1 cerrada al tr\u00e1nsito por 10 d\u00edas para un correcto fraguado del material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, las y los vecinos mostraron su satisfacci\u00f3n por las distintas tareas que viene realizando la Comuna. Estela Trangoli, por ejemplo, asever\u00f3: \u201cEst\u00e1n haciendo cosas por nuestro barrio, como los asfaltos nuevos, y adem\u00e1s recogieron las ramas despu\u00e9s de que yo hiciera el reclamo; la verdad que me pone contenta\u201d. En tanto que otra vecina, Liliana Gonz\u00e1lez, destac\u00f3: \u201c\u00daltimamente se ve mucha gente de la Municipalidad. Ac\u00e1 tenemos la plaza y cuando llevo a mi nena, se los ve cortando el pasto, limpiando, que est\u00e1n con el tema de la poda de \u00e1rboles, levantando las ramas, creo que es muy positivo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La planificaci\u00f3n de estas obras se realiza a partir de relevamientos territoriales exhaustivos y del canalizado de las solicitudes vecinales receptadas por el Municipio.
