Se realizar\u00e1 el viernes 11 de septiembre, a las 17.00, en el SUM de la Comunidad \u00abPrimero los Ni\u00f1os\u00bb (calle 125 y 49). Durante el encuentro se brindar\u00e1n detalles sobre el proyecto, los trabajos previstos y los posibles plazos para el inicio de la obra, que se desarrollar\u00e1 en el espacio donde anteriormente se encontraban las viviendas de las familias que fueron relocalizadas en el Complejo Habitacional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQueremos invitar a todos los vecinos y vecinas del barrio Kennedy a esta reuni\u00f3n, porque vamos a contarles todos los detalles sobre la construcci\u00f3n del Parque P\u00fablico Kennedy Norte. La idea es que puedan conocer el proyecto, saber qu\u00e9 va a tener este nuevo espacio y cu\u00e1les son las posibles fechas de comienzo de la obra. Los esperamos para que sean parte de esta nueva iniciativa y de este crecimiento de Berazategui\u201d, expres\u00f3 la secretaria de Tierras y H\u00e1bitat municipal, Cecilia Rold\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la funcionaria destac\u00f3: \u201cEste proyecto no solamente permitir\u00e1 recuperar visualmente el lugar, sino que tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 un importante impacto ambiental porque se recuperar\u00e1 este sector y parte del Arroyo Las Conchitas. Adem\u00e1s, se conservar\u00e1n las especies de \u00e1rboles y plantas existentes; y se incorporar\u00e1n nuevas, junto con juegos y aparatos para hacer ejercicio. El objetivo es que vecinos y vecinas de todas las edades puedan disfrutarlo en familia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo Parque P\u00fablico se construir\u00e1 en el predio liberado luego de la relocalizaci\u00f3n de 110 familias que viv\u00edan en condiciones habitacionales precarias, a la vera del Arroyo Las Conchitas, y que accedieron a nuevas viviendas en el Complejo Habitacional Kennedy Norte.
