Seguramente detr\u00e1s de cada tr\u00e1mite hay muchos a\u00f1os de espera y no solo son a\u00f1os, son historias, son generaciones. Este tipo de jornadas, de tr\u00e1mites y de acceso a derechos, lo que hace es que, justamente, nuestros hijos y nuestros nietos tengan la posibilidad de vivir tranquilamente\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Mieri, acompa\u00f1ada por la secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica, Cecilia Soler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, Soler destac\u00f3 que \u201ces muy importante que como Estado Municipal y Provincial estemos trabajando mancomunadamente para dar esta seguridad jur\u00eddica que hace que una familia se pueda desarrollar de la mejor manera\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las mismas corresponden a 41 escrituras traslativas de dominio y 43 afectaciones al r\u00e9gimen de protecci\u00f3n de la vivienda familiar, correspondientes a distintas operatorias de regularizaci\u00f3n dominial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El trabajo conjunto entre el Municipio y los organismos provinciales permiti\u00f3 avanzar en la gesti\u00f3n y brindar seguridad jur\u00eddica sobre los hogares. Estas acciones se desarrollan junto a la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno y, para la operatoria de la Ley Pierri, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Subsecretar\u00eda de H\u00e1bitat de la Comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/EL-MUNICIPIO-REALIZO-EL-ACTO-DE-FIRMA-DE-84-TITULOS-DE-PROPIEDAD-A-FAMILIAS-QUILMENAS-3-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/EL-MUNICIPIO-REALIZO-EL-ACTO-DE-FIRMA-DE-84-TITULOS-DE-PROPIEDAD-A-FAMILIAS-QUILMENAS-3-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/EL-MUNICIPIO-REALIZO-EL-ACTO-DE-FIRMA-DE-84-TITULOS-DE-PROPIEDAD-A-FAMILIAS-QUILMENAS-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/EL-MUNICIPIO-REALIZO-EL-ACTO-DE-FIRMA-DE-84-TITULOS-DE-PROPIEDAD-A-FAMILIAS-QUILMENAS-3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/EL-MUNICIPIO-REALIZO-EL-ACTO-DE-FIRMA-DE-84-TITULOS-DE-PROPIEDAD-A-FAMILIAS-QUILMENAS-3.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En total se firmaron 54 t\u00edtulos de diversas operatorias del Instituto de la Vivienda de la Provincia de Buenos Aires: 14 de los barrios Santa Luc\u00eda, La Paz y Papeleros, de Quilmes Oeste; 10 de los barrios Esperanza Grande y Covendiar, de Ezpeleta; 30 de los barrios IAPI, y 270 Viviendas, de Bernal Oeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hubo 29 t\u00edtulos mediante la Ley 10.830 \u2013 Escrituraci\u00f3n Social: 2 familias de Bernal Oeste; 2 de Don Bosco; 2 de Ezpeleta; 12 de San Francisco Solano, y 8 inmuebles fiscales ubicados en Bernal Oeste, Quilmes Oeste y Ezpeleta, cuyos t\u00edtulos ser\u00e1n suscriptos por la Intendenta Interina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y 1 t\u00edtulo mediante la Ley 24.320 \u2013 Prescripci\u00f3n Adquisitiva que corresponde al predio ubicado en calle 808 entre 894 y 895, San Francisco Solano, recuperado por el Municipio a partir del reclamo de vecinos y vecinas ante situaciones de venta de drogas y robos. El tr\u00e1mite se inici\u00f3 luego de la intervenci\u00f3n policial y judicial. Su recuperaci\u00f3n representa una respuesta a una demanda del barrio y un avance en la recuperaci\u00f3n de este espacio para la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la presente gesti\u00f3n se entregaron 2.696 t\u00edtulos a familias quilme\u00f1as: 1.805 mediante las distintas operatorias de la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno; 891 mediante la Ley 24.374, conocida como Ley Pierri.
