{"id":31029,"date":"2026-09-29T13:30:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-29T16:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=31029"},"modified":"2026-09-30T10:16:11","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T13:16:11","slug":"la-intendenta-sierra-y-la-ministra-batakis-entregaron-viviendas-en-isla-maciel-y-villa-tranquila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=31029","title":{"rendered":"La intendenta Sierra y la ministra Batakis entregaron viviendas en Isla Maciel y Villa Tranquila"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Tambi\u00e9n firmaron un convenio para finalizar 30 viviendas en el predio Pinz\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta ma\u00f1ana la intendenta de Avellaneda, Magdalena Sierra, recibi\u00f3 a la ministra de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano bonaerense, Silvina Batakis, en el Palacio Municipal para encabezar la firma del convenio del \u201cPrograma Completar\u201d, una iniciativa impulsada por la gesti\u00f3n de Axel Kicillof para finalizar desarrollos habitacionales situados en el territorio bonaerense que quedaron inconclusos tras la suspensi\u00f3n del financiamiento por parte del Gobierno nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este caso, la Provincia de Buenos Aires se compromete a contribuir financieramente en la construcci\u00f3n y finalizaci\u00f3n de 30 viviendas en el predio Pinz\u00f3n, de Dock Sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seguidamente, en el SUM de la Isla Maciel se llev\u00f3 a cabo el acto de entrega de 8 viviendas en ese barrio y 6, en Villa Tranquila. En ese sentido, agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo de la Provincia: \u201cJunto a Silvina Batakis seguimos trabajando porque nuestro deseo es que nuestros vecinos vivan mejor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s adelante, la jefa comunal expres\u00f3: \u201cCon Jorge Ferraresi elegimos urbanizar, sabemos que es dif\u00edcil. Para m\u00ed es un orgullo estar en Isla Maciel\u201d. Y subray\u00f3: \u201cEn Avellaneda no hay vecinos de primera y de segunda, son vecinos que quiz\u00e1s necesitan m\u00e1s del Estado para desarrollarse mejor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre la entrega de viviendas, la Intendenta sostuvo: \u201cNo es solo hacer casas. Nosotros conocemos a los vecinos y desde hace mucho tiempo comenzamos a so\u00f1ar con urbanizar Tranquila\u201d. \u201cLos vecinos no esperan de brazos cruzados, le ponen un mont\u00f3n\u201d, valor\u00f3 la Intendenta y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en las entregas, \u201ccalculamos siempre un cupo para personas con discapacidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, afirm\u00f3: \u201cTenemos que seguir haciendo comunidad. Esto es posible porque hay un trabajo articulado entre la Provincia y el Municipio. No pasa en todos lados\u201d, sostuvo por su parte la ministra de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano. Luego, Batakis destac\u00f3: \u201cMagdalena Sierra siempre estuvo comprometida con mejorar su comunidad\u201d. \u201cSi no hubiese una Intendenta que est\u00e1 atr\u00e1s de todas estas cosas, esto no se resuelve\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa llave f\u00edsica que le damos hoy es de su casa, pero le estamos dando la llave para volver a so\u00f1ar\u201d, cerr\u00f3 la ministra bonaerense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, las funcionarias entregaron a las familias presentes las llaves de sus flamantes hogares, que entre sus equipamientos cuentan con repisas del Ministerio de Justicia, realizada por internos; y libros, del Instituto Cultural de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De la actividad participaron el jefe de Gabinete del Ministerio de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano de la Provincia, Juan Manuel Pignocco, el subsecretario de Planificaci\u00f3n y Seguimiento, Juli\u00e1n Talento; la secretaria de Desarrollo Territorial de Avellaneda, M\u00f3nica Ghirelli; y el secretario de Planificaci\u00f3n local, Guillermo Pesce.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tambi\u00e9n firmaron un convenio para finalizar 30 viviendas en el predio Pinz\u00f3n.
