Las tareas fueron supervisadas por la intendenta interina, Eva Mieri, quien recorri\u00f3 la zona y dialog\u00f3 con los vecinos y trabajadores presentes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSeguimos adelante con la cuarta etapa del Plan Municipal de Bacheo y hoy estuvimos recorriendo la obra en Lavalle y Lamadrid, en Bernal, donde estamos reparando 185 m\u00b2 de calzada. Con esta intervenci\u00f3n ya superamos las 250 reparaciones y recuperamos m\u00e1s de 9.500 m\u00b2 en todo el distrito con fondos 100% municipales. Cada uno de estos trabajos surge de escuchar a los vecinos y vecinas a trav\u00e9s de nuestros canales de atenci\u00f3n, ese trabajo de escucha activa nos permite planificar y dar respuestas concretas en cada cuadra\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Eva, acompa\u00f1ada por el secretario de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Sebasti\u00e1n Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, Sebasti\u00e1n Garc\u00eda sostuvo que \u201crealizar estos trabajos significa escuchar a los vecinos. Reci\u00e9n estuvimos charlando con los vecinos que reclamaron esta reparaci\u00f3n, porque siempre es importante escucharlos para planificar y hacer. Esto es lo que necesitamos y agradecemos el trabajo que est\u00e1n haciendo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Plan Municipal de Bacheo 2026 se realiza con fondos 100% municipales y permite sostener el mantenimiento y la recuperaci\u00f3n de las calles de distintos barrios de Quilmes, mejorando las condiciones de circulaci\u00f3n y seguridad vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este caso, la intervenci\u00f3n en Lavalle y Lamadrid, en Bernal, abarca una superficie de 185 metros cuadrados y contempla la preparaci\u00f3n del sector y la colocaci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n para reparar la calzada deteriorada. Avenida Cervantes desde El Pejerrey (Iriarte) hasta Otamendi, en La Ribera: trabajos de bacheo y reparaci\u00f3n de calzada.<br>4. Corrientes y 388, barrio Kolynos: tomado de juntas.<br>5. Lafinur y Camino General Belgrano, Quilmes Oeste: tomado de juntas.<br>6. Albarrac\u00edn y Paraguay, Ezpeleta: tomado de juntas.<br>7. Calles 895 y 831 bis, San Francisco Solano: rotura, levantamiento y colocaci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n H30.<br>8. Calles 895 y 832, San Francisco Solano: rotura, levantamiento y colocaci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n H30.<br>9. Calles 847 y 898, San Francisco Solano: rotura y preparaci\u00f3n de calzada.<br>10.
