{"id":3327,"date":"2023-02-07T20:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-07T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=3327"},"modified":"2023-02-08T00:26:02","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T03:26:02","slug":"mayra-anuncio-obras-de-infraestructura-en-el-barrio-santa-lucia-de-quilmes-oeste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=3327","title":{"rendered":"<strong>MAYRA ANUNCI\u00d3 OBRAS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA EN EL BARRIO SANTA LUC\u00cdA DE QUILMES OESTE<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, llev\u00f3 a cabo en la tarde de este martes el anuncio de una serie de obras de infraestructura a desarrollar en el barrio Santa Luc\u00eda, que beneficiar\u00e1n a 440 familias y ser\u00e1n financiadas a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea de acci\u00f3n \u201cIntegraci\u00f3n Socio Urbana de Barrios Populares RENABAP\u201d de la Secretar\u00eda de Integraci\u00f3n Socio Urbana del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Naci\u00f3n, a cargo de Fernanda Mi\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cS\u00e9 que han pasado gobiernos que han venido, prometido y las cosas no se cumplieron. Este va a ser el cuarto a\u00f1o de nuestra primera gesti\u00f3n de Gobierno y fuimos de a poco a pesar de todo lo que falta, demostrando con hechos que vamos cumpliendo. No son promesas, es un compromiso real de mejorar los barrios y la calidad de vida de los vecinos\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Mayra en la reuni\u00f3n con vecinos y vecinas en la plaza situada en las calles 807 y 888, en Quilmes Oeste.<br><br>A su vez, la Jefa comunal expres\u00f3: \u201cSe trata de poder ir mostrando los resultados de un trabajo en conjunto. Por supuesto todo lo que se ha planteado, como la obra de AySA, el jard\u00edn, la plaza, los pavimentos, son cosas que se van a ver en obra en un tiempo. Hay muchos barrios que est\u00e1n esperando este tipo de obras, as\u00ed que necesitamos m\u00e1s tiempo de trabajo y que los vecinos nos sigan acompa\u00f1ando para mejorar la vida de todos\u201d.<br><br>Tras ello, la Intendenta recorri\u00f3 la Sociedad de Fomento y el Club Deportivo 27 de noviembre del barrio, donde charl\u00f3 con sus integrantes, conoci\u00f3 sus historias y resalt\u00f3 la tarea fundamental que efect\u00faan estos espacios en t\u00e9rminos de inclusi\u00f3n social. Por \u00faltimo, pas\u00f3 a saludar a dos vecinos de las inmediaciones, a los cuales tambi\u00e9n les transmiti\u00f3 las tareas que empezar\u00e1n pr\u00f3ximamente.<br><br>Sobre la visita de Mayra, uno de los vecinos presentes, Alejandro Guti\u00e9rrez, relat\u00f3: \u201cPara nosotros todo era lejano, porque con todos los gobiernos que fueron pasando pasaba lo mismo. Hoy en d\u00eda gracias a Dios tenemos los colectivos ac\u00e1. Estoy feliz de que hagan un buen jard\u00edn. Ojal\u00e1 que Mayra dure mucho tiempo m\u00e1s, para que nos siga ayudando como lo est\u00e1 haciendo, estamos muy feliz que est\u00e9 ella con nosotros. Ac\u00e1 nunca nadie vino a darnos una mano, la verdad que la llegada de Mayra fue espectacular\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los presentes tambi\u00e9n destacaron la instalaci\u00f3n de las nuevas luminarias LED, lo que mejor\u00f3 considerablemente la visibilidad nocturna, la prevenci\u00f3n en materia de seguridad y su calidad de vida.<br><br>En referencia al financiamiento, dicha iniciativa comprende la ejecuci\u00f3n de 25 cuadras de pavimento con hormig\u00f3n armado, con cord\u00f3n cuneta y obra hidr\u00e1ulica que mejorar\u00e1n la calidad de vida de los lugare\u00f1os y lugare\u00f1as, y permitir\u00e1 el ingreso al barrio de servicios indispensables como ambulancias, patrullas, bomberos y recolecci\u00f3n de residuos.<br><br>Adem\u00e1s, se incluye la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo espacio de juegos y un play\u00f3n deportivo que tambi\u00e9n contar\u00e1 con una estaci\u00f3n de salud con m\u00e1quinas de gimnasio y espacios de estar.
