La sesi\u00f3n de apertura se realiz\u00f3 en el Centro Polideportivo Municipal ubicado en Avda. Thevenet esquina Alfonsina Storni del barrio Villa Ang\u00e9lica atento a las medidas sanitarias vigentes para evitar contagios de coronavirus covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tal efecto se dispuso el traslado del recinto al mencionado predio el cual recibi\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 250 personas entre quienes se encontraban autoridades del departamento ejecutivo local, autoridades policiales, representantes de las organizaciones intermedias del distrito, autoridades del Centro de veteranos de guerra \u201cH\u00e9roes de Malvinas\u201d, emprendedores locales y p\u00fablico en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/274716360_345249537610525_3728250247203045399_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/274716360_345249537610525_3728250247203045399_n.jpg 960w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/274716360_345249537610525_3728250247203045399_n-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/274716360_345249537610525_3728250247203045399_n-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Intendente Watson en la apertura de su discurso solicit\u00f3 un minuto de silencio por las personas que perdieron su vida a causa de la pandemia de Covid-19 y posteriormente record\u00f3 a quien fuera la primera intendenta mujer del distrito, la se\u00f1ora A\u00edda Bustamante quien asumi\u00f3 los destinos de la comuna en el a\u00f1o 1987.\u00a0 Luego del nutrido y emotivo aplauso por el recuerdo de la pol\u00edtica varelense fallecida en el mes de febrero,\u00a0 Watson enumer\u00f3 las obras realizadas en el distrito y formul\u00f3\u00a0 anuncios sobre el plan de trabajo en obras p\u00fablicas para el distrito destac\u00e1ndose la finalizaci\u00f3n de las obras de la Ruta Provincial 53 Avda. \u201cEva Per\u00f3n\u201d, la finalizaci\u00f3n del entubamiento del arroyo Jim\u00e9nez, la creaci\u00f3n de cuatro nuevos jardines de infantes provinciales, la finalizaci\u00f3n de obras escolares y la creaci\u00f3n de una escuela de capacitaci\u00f3n en el predio del Parque Industrial Tecnol\u00f3gico, el paso bajo nivel en Avda. Bosques y v\u00edas del ferrocarril Roca, la terminaci\u00f3n de la Avda. Touring Club que conectar\u00e1 la Avda. Calchaqu\u00ed con Camino General Belgrano \u00a0entre otras iniciativas en concreto. Tambi\u00e9n el intendente hizo menci\u00f3n a una propuesta que se va a llevar adelante y que ya tiene un proyecto de ordenanza elaborado en el Honorable Concejo Deliberante sobre la gradual prohibici\u00f3n de la tracci\u00f3n a sangre y su paulatino reemplazo por otros sistemas de transporte.
