{"id":3449,"date":"2023-02-10T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=3449"},"modified":"2023-02-17T04:16:07","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T07:16:07","slug":"funcionarios-municipales-informaron-a-vecinos-del-barrio-la-canada-de-bernal-sobre-las-obras-de-repavimentacion-de-la-avenida-zapiola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=3449","title":{"rendered":"<strong>FUNCIONARIOS MUNICIPALES INFORMARON A VECINOS DEL BARRIO LA CA\u00d1ADA DE BERNAL SOBRE LAS OBRAS DE REPAVIMENTACI\u00d3N DE LA AVENIDA ZAPIOLA<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Funcionarios del Municipio de Quilmes mantuvieron, este jueves, un encuentro con vecinos y vecinas del barrio La Ca\u00f1ada en Bernal Oeste con el objetivo de informar c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 el desarrollo de las obras de repavimentaci\u00f3n y puesta en valor de la avenida Zapiola que tuvieron su inicio recientemente, y sin lugar a dudas, mejorar\u00e1n, en forma notable, la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y peatonal en toda la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Vecinos Unidos ubicada en Zapiola y el arroyo San Francisco, tuvo como tema principal el comienzo de los trabajos en avenida Zapiola entre Camino General Belgrano y San Mart\u00edn que comprenden un total de 52 cuadras a repavimentar. Al respecto, se inform\u00f3 debidamente d\u00f3nde ser\u00e1n los cortes al tr\u00e1nsito y sus respectivos desv\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el encuentro hubo un interesante ida y vuelta con los lugare\u00f1os y lugare\u00f1as, quienes destacaron la presencia de los funcionarios municipales en el barrio, y tambi\u00e9n se repasaron las medidas llevadas a cabo mediante el Plan de Inversi\u00f3n Municipal para la Prevenci\u00f3n del Delito, un programa con un desembolso de m\u00e1s de 2.000 millones de pesos, \u00fanico en la historia de Quilmes, que impulsado por la intendenta Mayra Mendoza, permiti\u00f3 dotar a las fuerzas de seguridad de m\u00e1s y mejores elementos para que est\u00e9n a la altura de lo que la ciudadan\u00eda necesita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que esta din\u00e1mica de encuentros vecinales que viene llev\u00e1ndose adelante en los diferentes barrios del distrito se enmarca en la pol\u00edtica de cercan\u00eda que impulsa la Jefa comunal, con una fuerte impronta territorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, el secretario de GIRSU, Roberto Gaudio afirm\u00f3 que la recolecci\u00f3n de residuos en La Ca\u00f1ada, a pesar de las obras, no se va a ver alterada y no ser\u00e1 interrumpida de ninguna manera, y que se organizar\u00e1, en base a ello, una log\u00edstica para garantizar su habitual funcionamiento (de lunes a s\u00e1bado).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/REUNION-CON-VECINOS-DE-BERNAL-OESTE-POR-LA-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-ZAPIOLA-3-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3450\" width=\"805\" height=\"536\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/REUNION-CON-VECINOS-DE-BERNAL-OESTE-POR-LA-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-ZAPIOLA-3-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/REUNION-CON-VECINOS-DE-BERNAL-OESTE-POR-LA-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-ZAPIOLA-3-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/REUNION-CON-VECINOS-DE-BERNAL-OESTE-POR-LA-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-ZAPIOLA-3-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/REUNION-CON-VECINOS-DE-BERNAL-OESTE-POR-LA-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-ZAPIOLA-3-1536x1023.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/REUNION-CON-VECINOS-DE-BERNAL-OESTE-POR-LA-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-ZAPIOLA-3.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 805px) 100vw, 805px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, sobre la reuni\u00f3n y las obras en cuesti\u00f3n, el vecino, Jos\u00e9 Basso expres\u00f3: \u201cLa repavimentaci\u00f3n de Zapiola es una obra que ven\u00edamos esperando desde hace mucho porque es una comunicaci\u00f3n importante para el barrio. Es un placer compartir este tipo de reuniones con los funcionarios porque son un beneficio para nosotros, durante mucho tiempo esto no sucedi\u00f3. Esa una de las partes fundamentales que queremos destacar porque esta zona estuvo olvidada y este es el momento justo para mejorarla\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica, a cargo de Ceci Soler, detallaron que la intervenci\u00f3n de la avenida Zapiola consta de la demolici\u00f3n y reconstrucci\u00f3n de cada uno de los pavimentos existentes, dise\u00f1\u00e1ndose los nuevos aptos para el tr\u00e1nsito pesado y con una utilidad de 40 a\u00f1os, con la reparaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de los desag\u00fces pluviales para asegurar el correcto escurrimiento de los excedentes pluviales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, contempla la construcci\u00f3n de veredas con rampas y baldosas podot\u00e1ctiles en las esquinas para asegurar la transitabilidad de las personas con movilidad reducida.
