{"id":3456,"date":"2023-02-08T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=3456"},"modified":"2023-02-17T04:20:18","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T07:20:18","slug":"el-municipio-inicio-la-obra-de-repavimentacion-de-la-avenida-zapiola-en-toda-su-extension","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=3456","title":{"rendered":"<strong>EL MUNICIPIO INICI\u00d3 LA OBRA DE REPAVIMENTACI\u00d3N DE LA AVENIDA ZAPIOLA EN TODA SU EXTENSI\u00d3N<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Municipio de Quilmes informa que comenz\u00f3 la obra de repavimentaci\u00f3n integral de la avenida Zapiola desde Camino General Belgrano hasta San Mart\u00edn, en Bernal Oeste, que comprende un total de 52 cuadras y mejorar\u00e1 sustancialmente la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y peatonal de los miles de vecinos y vecinas que transitan a diario por la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica, a cargo de Ceci Soler, detallaron que la intervenci\u00f3n consta de la demolici\u00f3n y reconstrucci\u00f3n de cada uno de los pavimentos existentes, dise\u00f1\u00e1ndose los nuevos aptos para el tr\u00e1nsito pesado y con una utilidad de 40 a\u00f1os, con la reparaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de los desag\u00fces pluviales para asegurar el correcto escurrimiento de los excedentes pluviales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, contempla la construcci\u00f3n de veredas con rampas y baldosas podot\u00e1ctiles en las esquinas para asegurar la transitabilidad de las personas con movilidad reducida. Tambi\u00e9n se cambiar\u00e1 la iluminaci\u00f3n, repar\u00e1ndose postes y reemplazando artefactos lum\u00ednicos; se concretar\u00e1 el ordenamiento vehicular, junto con la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n horizontal y vertical, d\u00e1rsenas de estacionamiento y detenci\u00f3n de transporte p\u00fablicos con sus respectivos refugios, al igual que mejoras en la semaforizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta obra, que est\u00e1 financiada por el Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas de Naci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del Programa Ejes de Conectividad Urbana, forma parte de uno de los 30 compromisos de gesti\u00f3n que asumi\u00f3 la intendenta Mayra Mendoza para su primer mandato, con el objetivo de renovar los principales cruces y accesos de la ciudad. De esta manera, el recorrido alternativo para el tr\u00e1nsito pesado ser\u00e1 por Rodolfo L\u00f3pez y los colectivos de las l\u00edneas 257, 159, 266 y 148 deber\u00e1n desviarse por Montevideo.
