Previamente, ambas funcionarias se reunieron en el Palacio Municipal para continuar con el fortalecimiento del trabajo en conjunto en beneficio de los quilme\u00f1os y las quilme\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn este 8 de marzo y antes de comenzar con las movilizaciones, vinimos a visitar una f\u00e1brica que est\u00e1 conducida por una mujer y creo que ese es un valor muy importante que tiene nuestra Provincia de Buenos Aires. Por eso la visita de nuestra vicegobernadora, Ver\u00f3nica Magario, para poder mostrarle todo el potencial productivo e industrial que tiene nuestro municipio y lo importante que es que haya mujeres al frente de empresas\u201d, sostuvo Mayra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Jefa comunal indic\u00f3 que \u201cesta empresa tiene much\u00edsimos a\u00f1os en Quilmes, ha crecido y emplea entre todas sus firmas hasta 500 trabajadores. Eso para nosotros es muy importante, por eso queremos que sepan que van a contar con el acompa\u00f1amiento del Municipio para todo el crecimiento que seguramente se viene\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Magario se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cHoy estuvimos en Quilmes en este d\u00eda especial por el D\u00eda de la Mujer, charlando much\u00edsimo con la Intendenta sobre el distrito y todo lo que se viene porque hay que seguir construyendo. Estuvimos con Laura, que est\u00e1 al frente de una empresa familiar y quiero destacar que estas empresas familiares antes eran de los padres a los hijos varones, pero ahora se han incorporado las mujeres y tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n al frente ellas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma l\u00ednea, subray\u00f3: \u201cEs una empresa de muchos a\u00f1os que sigue creciendo con tecnolog\u00eda y muchos empleados. Esto es apostar a la industria nacional, al trabajo argentino y fundamentalmente una familia de Quilmes que sigue apostando por Quilmes. Esa es la pertenencia, la identidad y las ganas de crecer. Obviamente es una responsabilidad enorme cuando una sabe que da tanto empleo y que no solamente es de lo que una vive, sino de lo que viven un mont\u00f3n de familias. Es la econom\u00eda circular que se genera siempre que uno da empleo, es una responsabilidad muy grande y la verdad que yo tengo la suerte de trabajar en un \u00e1mbito en el que soy respetada como mujer y como jefa, creo que soy valorada tambi\u00e9n por eso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la empresaria remarc\u00f3 la importancia que tiene esta industria en todo lo que tiene que ver con el medioambiente, los productos que venden y exportan al mundo para la generaci\u00f3n de biocombustibles. Todos los residuos que generan tienen un proceso posterior, tanto en el pa\u00eds como en Europa y Estados Unidos, para la producci\u00f3n de biocombustibles que reemplazan los combustibles tradicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refiner\u00eda Sudamericana fue fundada en la d\u00e9cada del 70 y forma parte de un grupo en donde se encuentran tambi\u00e9n las compa\u00f1\u00edas Molisur SRL, Transgroupe SA y Rendering SA; se dedica a la refiner\u00eda y conversi\u00f3n en comestibles de las grasas y los aceites crudos y vegetales para abastecer a la industria a granel. Como as\u00ed hacen el envasado de productos como margarinas que se utilizan para las confiter\u00edas, panader\u00edas, f\u00e1bricas que hacen tapas de empanadas, etc. Tambi\u00e9n cuentan con productos de venta al p\u00fablico como la grasa bovina en sachet y la grasa de cerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n reconvierten residuos org\u00e1nicos y hacen biocombustibles para la industria naviera y para toda la industria de transporte de Europa. Actualmente se encuentran en pleno desarrollo de la log\u00edstica para exportar a Estados Unidos para la aeron\u00e1utica y aviones. Hoy cuentan con 188 empleados, la planta se encuentra en un proceso de finalizaci\u00f3n de una obra de ampliaci\u00f3n de la sala de envase y ya comenzaron con una obra de servicios para el personal que contiene vestuarios, comedor y una sala de capacitaciones.
