Del acto participaron el titular del ENRE, Walter Martello, el presidente de Edesur, Juan Carlos Blanco y el gerente general, Valter Moro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 en virtud de los masivos y sistem\u00e1ticos incumplimientos del servicio de febrero y marzo \u00faltimos. Esta intervenci\u00f3n por 180 d\u00edas, durante los cuales Ferraresi mantendr\u00e1 sus funciones como intendente de Avellaneda, tendr\u00e1 la tarea de fiscalizar, controlar y monitorear la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras para la mejora del servicio el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-21-at-18.01.02-1-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3700\" width=\"807\" height=\"537\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-21-at-18.01.02-1-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-21-at-18.01.02-1-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-21-at-18.01.02-1-768x511.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-03-21-at-18.01.02-1.jpeg 1365w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 807px) 100vw, 807px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferraresi destac\u00f3 que \u201cvamos a trabajar r\u00e1pidamente para tener un diagn\u00f3stico de la atenci\u00f3n que necesita cada barrio y as\u00ed implementar un plan de abordaje para beneficio de la gente durante los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida de intervenci\u00f3n reviste un car\u00e1cter transitorio y excepcional y es el resultado de las deficitarias acciones de Edesur en cuanto al cumplimiento del servicio. La misma no afecta a la nuda propiedad de los accionistas, ni el contrato de concesi\u00f3n, pero servir\u00e1 para que el Estado lleve adelante la fiscalizaci\u00f3n efectiva del cumplimiento del contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s desde el gobierno nacional se ha tomado la decisi\u00f3n de ejecutar los 2.700 millones de pesos de sentencia que implican un mecanismo de devoluci\u00f3n por parte de la empresa a todos los usuarios del servicio de las multas que el Estado le aplicara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que la intervenci\u00f3n a cargo de Ferraresi ser\u00e1 la supervisi\u00f3n y el control de todos los actos administrativos habituales y de disposici\u00f3n relacionados con la normal prestaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico de distribuci\u00f3n en las \u00e1reas que le ata\u00f1en a la compa\u00f1\u00eda Edesur.
