{"id":3751,"date":"2023-03-30T16:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T19:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=3751"},"modified":"2023-03-31T19:05:15","modified_gmt":"2023-03-31T22:05:15","slug":"continuan-los-avances-en-las-obras-de-repavimentacion-de-avenida-zapiola-en-bernal-oeste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=3751","title":{"rendered":"CONTIN\u00daAN LOS AVANCES EN LAS OBRAS DE REPAVIMENTACI\u00d3N DE AVENIDA ZAPIOLA EN BERNAL OESTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Municipio de Quilmes informa que contin\u00faan los trabajos en las obras de repavimentaci\u00f3n de avenida Zapiola entre Camino General Belgrano y avenida San Mart\u00edn, una arteria vital para la conexi\u00f3n oeste-este en Bernal, que mejorar\u00e1 notablemente la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y peatonal, y la calidad de vida de vecinos y vecinos frentistas y de zonas aleda\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica local, a cargo de Ceci Soler, hasta el momento las tareas han avanzado de la siguiente forma: en Zapiola entre Camino General Belgrano y arroyo San Francisco, ya se ha ejecutado la calzada y se trabaja en la reconstrucci\u00f3n de las veredas; entre el arroyo San Francisco y la avenida Mauri\u00f1o se avanza en la demolici\u00f3n y la reconstrucci\u00f3n de la calzada, y entre Luis Mar\u00eda Campos y Levalle, tambi\u00e9n se realizan labores de demolici\u00f3n y de reconstrucci\u00f3n del pavimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la repavimentaci\u00f3n total de la calzada y delimitaci\u00f3n del tramo, se realizar\u00e1 la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n horizontal y vertical y readecuaci\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulica de la arteria, con la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos conductos, sumideros y c\u00e1maras en todo el tramo de la intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/AVANCES-EN-LAS-OBRAS-DE-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-AVENIDA-ZAPIOLA-2-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3752\" width=\"789\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/AVANCES-EN-LAS-OBRAS-DE-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-AVENIDA-ZAPIOLA-2-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/AVANCES-EN-LAS-OBRAS-DE-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-AVENIDA-ZAPIOLA-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/AVANCES-EN-LAS-OBRAS-DE-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-AVENIDA-ZAPIOLA-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/AVANCES-EN-LAS-OBRAS-DE-REPAVIMENTACION-DE-AVENIDA-ZAPIOLA-2.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 789px) 100vw, 789px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con respecto al equipamiento, se proyecta la colocaci\u00f3n de refugios para transporte p\u00fablico y la construcci\u00f3n de senderos peatonales, a ambos lados de la calzada, remat\u00e1ndose cada uno de ellos con rampas de accesibilidad para personas con movilidad reducida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las alcantarillas existentes sobre los arroyos San Francisco y Las Piedras, ser\u00e1n reacondicionadas, jerarquizando los pasos peatonales a ambos m\u00e1rgenes y mejorando la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n y seguridad de peatones y veh\u00edculos. Por \u00faltimo, se mejorar\u00e1 la iluminaci\u00f3n con luminaria LED y la semaforizaci\u00f3n. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta imponente obra, que cuenta con el financiamiento del Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas de la Naci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s del Programa Ejes de Conectividad Urbana, se mejorar\u00e1 la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y peatonal, aumentar\u00e1 el est\u00e1ndar de seguridad vial, y la capacidad portante y durabilidad de infraestructura en relaci\u00f3n al tr\u00e1nsito pesado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta obra forma parte de uno de los 30 compromisos de gesti\u00f3n que asumi\u00f3 la intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, para su primer mandato, con el objetivo de renovar los principales cruces y accesos de la ciudad.
