Hace falta que en todos los barrios haya pavimento. Cuando nos decidimos a gobernar dijimos que \u00edbamos a empezar por la periferia, por el Oeste, por los barrios que siempre estuvieron abandonados o postergados. Seguimos ejecutando los proyectos para cumplir con las expectativas de los vecinos y mejorar su calidad de vida, porque para eso gobernamos. Tenemos que mantenernos unidos, trabajadores, vecinos, Estado, todos, para salir adelante\u201d, sostuvo Mayra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas tareas est\u00e1n enmarcadas en un plan de 20 cuadras de nuevos pavimentos que abarcan adem\u00e1s de Los Eucaliptus, el barrio El Sol. Este \u00faltimo tiene sus calles totalmente de tierra y esta es la primera intervenci\u00f3n que hace el Estado desde su creaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La comunidad del barrio expres\u00f3 la alegr\u00eda por ver la obra en marcha. \u201cEstamos contentos por este avance, es algo bueno para todos, porque hace la diferencia en la zona y hace que crezca el barrio\u201d, dijo Miguel Quiroz. Otra vecina, Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez, cont\u00f3: \u201cVivo ac\u00e1 desde 1980 y me alegra mucho ver que al fin lleg\u00f3 el asfalto, es algo muy necesario para que, por ejemplo, puedan entrar las ambulancias y para que no haya problemas de inundaciones\u201d. Los vecinos tambi\u00e9n le agradecieron a Mayra por las luces LED y los trabajos de limpieza en los arroyos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Intendenta charl\u00f3 con otra de las vecinas, Dora, quien remarc\u00f3: \u201cHace 52 a\u00f1os que estoy ac\u00e1 y hoy quiero dar las gracias por esta noticia, siempre vivimos en el barro, como se pudo, y ahora gracias a este gobierno y a Mayra tenemos nuestro asfalto, me da muchas esperanzas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-DE-PAVIMENTO-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-DE-PAVIMENTO-4.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-DE-PAVIMENTO-4-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-DE-PAVIMENTO-4-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto Los Eucaliptus como El Sol, que se encuentran en la periferia del distrito, limitando con Florencio Varela, el arroyo Las Piedras y la avenida Monteverde, estuvieron olvidados por varias gestiones municipales, y ahora, por una decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de Mayra Mendoza, se planific\u00f3 realizar una serie de obras de infraestructura como pavimentos, para darle una mejor conectividad entre los barrios, y entre las instrucciones educativas y el centro comercial de Solano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra comprende 20 cuadras de pavimentos que se realizar\u00e1n en: calle 896, entre 862 y 866; calle 899, entre Monteverde y 859; calle 862, entre 898 y 896; calle 865, entre 898 y 896; calle 866, entre Donato \u00c1lvarez y 896; calle 870 bis, entre Donato \u00c1lvarez y 899, y calle 893, entre Monteverde y Arroyo Las Piedras, beneficiando con infraestructura b\u00e1sica a los barrios El Sol y Los Eucaliptus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal objetivo es priorizar las calles que a\u00fan son de tierra o donde el estado de los mejorados asf\u00e1lticos no sea bueno y seguir avanzando en la conectividad de los barrios m\u00e1s alejados para completar 400 cuadras en los primeros cuatro a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto contempla la ejecuci\u00f3n de pavimentos de hormig\u00f3n simple y la adecuaci\u00f3n de la red hidr\u00e1ulica con sumideros que evitar\u00e1n el constante anegamiento de las calles, producto de las calzadas de tierra sin nivelaci\u00f3n y zanjas, reemplazando los desag\u00fces de tierra existentes en sumideros de pavimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n participaron del recorrido la secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica local, Ceci Soler; el subsecretario de Obras e Infraestructura, Sebasti\u00e1n Garc\u00eda; el director del Centro de Gesti\u00f3n y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (CGyPC) de Solano, Ram\u00f3n Arce; la titular de la UDAI ANSES de San Francisco Solano, Florencia Hern\u00e1ndez; el presidente del Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Quilmes, Fabio B\u00e1ez, y el concejal, Jos\u00e9 Contreras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, recorri\u00f3 el viernes por la ma\u00f1ana las obras de ejecuci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n y movimiento de suelos en la calle 866 desde 898 hasta 896, en el barrio Los Eucaliptus, de San Francisco Solano, una demanda hist\u00f3rica de los vecinos y vecinas de la zona. \u201cEstos pavimentos van a conformar [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":398,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-396","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-quilmes"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.7 -
